Bertie – compact Knaus motorhome, sleeps 4

Welcome to Bertie, our 4-berth compact Knaus motorhome. Bertie is only 5.4M long so easy to park and get about in. He is ideal for a couple or a small family with one or two children. He is also perfect for those who want to go exploring off season, as he is equipped with a good gas heating system.

He has all the usual comforts you would expect in a quality built motorhome. At the front there are 2 cab seats, the drivers seat rotates. Above the cab is a large dropdown double bed with slide out ladder for access. The dinette seating area comfortably seats four and has four seat belts. At night, it can easily be converted to a generous double bed.

The kitchen area is equipped with 3-way fridge with freezer box, 3 ring gas hob and a gas oven/grill. The sink has a small draining area and fold down mixer tap. There is plenty of storage space above, where you will also find plates, cups and plastic tumblers. The drawer underneath houses the cutlery and knives, and there are pans for cooking too. The back of the vehicle houses the bathroom, with a separate vanity sink area which can be closed off from the main van as a changing area. The shower area has a curtain to isolate it.

When you’ve found your pitch you can wind-out the awning on the side, pull out the camping chairs and light the BBQ, kick back and relax with a cold drink. The bicycle carrier on the rear carries up to four bikes..

The gas storage cupboard houses a propane cylinder as well as water hose and pair of chocs to help you level up. We will supply a tank of gas for you in the cost of rental
