- During collection a 45 minute familiarisation, document check and inspection will take place.
- During drop off an inspection check will take place.
- A security deposit of £1,500 is required.
- Upon return, the wastewater storage must be empty, the fuel tank full and the vehicle cleaned to a reasonable standard.
- The vehicle must be returned on time.
- Photographs of the hirer and driver will be taken on collection.
- The vehicle excess is £1,500 for all matters.
- The vehicle must not be taken off road. The vehicle can be taken on to a recognised car park or campsite only.
- Towing is not allowed without prior approval.
- The vehicle must not be driven through deep water, flood water or put in contact with salt water.
- The hirer is liable for all charges incurred. These include congestion charges, toll charges, driving offences, parking charges etc.
- The maximum daily mileage is 150 miles.
- The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as when it was collected.
- The water tank, wastewater tank and any food products and waste must be removed from the vehicle.
- The vehicle is fitted with a tracker which provides all geometrics for how the vehicle has been driven and where it has been taken.
- Any breakages (crockery etc) must be communicated so that we can replace items.
