Your wife shut the door in my face on collection leaving me outside in the cold because I was 15 mins early Failed to provide copy of rental agreement collection and return Supplied one empty gas bottle when two were advertised and 2 should be supplied. Failed to adequately brief me on how the motorhome works cutting lots of corners Ripped me off charging £175 for cleaning £50 for collecting a few hours early and £80 for my dog Seat adjuster to drivers side broken and kept falling off Apple car play not fit for purpose and not used Lied to me about staying off grid Wipers defective and need replacing Vehicle badly maintained and rattled so loud we had to shout to each other at times Failed to supply a hose connector which meant we couldn’t get water on board Lied to me about keeping water on board whilst travelling Failed to close off grey water making the vehicle illegal in Scotland because it leaked Main door sticks shut at the top Bedroom door didn’t work Handle fell off bathroom door due to van shaking so much and locked us out of bathroom No gas so no heating or cooking facilities Faulty hob ignition continually sparking Lied to me about sites supplying the hose fitting because they dont Main A9 road closed behind us so we started to come home Saturday 21st ie 6 days before the end of the rental Sockets didn’t work for kettle or toaster off grid so no means of a hot drink . Failed to supply 12 volt appliances for off grid Aware we were travelling through a 3 day storm that claimed lives yet failed to help Tried to fob me off and speak to Gobooney rather than him Lied about the gas Accused me of being a nuisance bothering him Batteries low flashing units make and carbon monoxide units Used a tracking device to intrude on our privacy rather than what it is intended for Instructed me to leave the vehicle and lied about deadlocking the vehicle locking s out of it. Rude unhelpful and disrespectful Flimsy Cupboard latch snapped due to the rattling so we couldn’t use or close it. The following day the 2nd cupboard door flew open showering my son with appliances glasses Failed to have fire extinguisher on board Faile toi have fire blanket on board Failed to have first aid kit on board Failed to regularly maintain it I assume failed to have annual gas safe check done as there was no certificate. The vehicle is not fit for purpose Luke No off grid heating or cooking facilities or equipment to make hot drink. Incurred additional expense because vehicle not fit for off grid use Not able to prepare any meals throughout our hire. Promising a refund but now ignoring the matter The owner is a disgraceful person with no morals to put things right. October 2023

What a great week in Luke's superb Adria motorhome! The condition is as new and was immaculate inside and out. Very high spec and there is everything we needed to enjoy a week of luxury motor homing. The bed is large and very comfortable and there is masses of storage space, especially in the huge garage. The separate shower was excellent with plenty of power. Luke is an excellent host and made us very welcome. We would be very happy to hire again and would highly recommend this motorhome if you want something large and luxurious. July 2023

Fantastic motorhome. This was our first time hiring and everything went off without a hitch. Luke explained all features and how to operate them in a clear friendly manner. All correspondence was clear prompt and exactly what we needed, when we needed it. Luke was very friendly, and approachable and accommodating. I would recommend Luke and his motorhome to anyone. GoBoony seem to have got the business method just right, managing all monetary transfers, documentation and other red tape sorted, making the hiring of this vehicle really simple. June 2023
