The motorhome will be ready to go with full Diesel, LPG and a small amount of clean water.
We will do our best to prepare the fridge 12 hours before collection so it is cold enough for fresh food but please enquire.

1. Return with full tank of fuel (Diesel), otherwise £35 fee + cost of top-up.
2. Return with full tanks of LPG, otherwise £35 fee + cost of top-up.
3. Return with empty toilet cassette, otherwise £35 fee.
4. Return with empty grey water tank, otherwise £35 fee.
5. The hirer is responsible for keeping the motorhome clean (inside & out), tidy and odour-free. Charges will apply if we have to clean & sanitise beyond that deemed reasonable.
6. Absolutely no smoking or use of drugs allowed anywhere inside the motorhome.
7. Any damages caused by the hirer or persons under the hirer's control must be paid for.
8. Any tolls, parking charges, emission control zone charges, driving violations or anything else related to additional charges applied during the hire period must be paid for - failure to do so will result in any such charges being passed on to the traveller.
9. Any inventory must be returned fully working, clean and in damage-free condition. Any items failing this will be liable for charges payable from your deposit.
10. Full comprehensive Roadside Assistance and Recovery is included with every hire however this is limited to UK only. It is the responsibility of the hirer to purchase a European breakdown policy if the motorhome is being taken out of the country. Failure to purchase such a policy will render the hirer responsible for any repair and or recovery costs - this includes recovery back to the owner's UK address if necessary.
11. We will present the full workings of the motorhome but please read the quick start manual to become familiar with the systems for your comfort and safety while parked and on the road.
