Frank – 4 berth Ford campervan from 2014

Please follow the house rules:

Should you be unfortunate enough to have an accident, please contact us immediately so that a claim can be made making sure that you take photographs of the location, the circumstances and the damage as well as any other vehicles involved. Please ensure you get the insurance details of any other vehicles involved

Should you have any issues with the running of the vehicle or the operational state of any of the inventory items, please let us know immediately so that we can try to remedy the issue

Please love Frank as we love him and return him to us with:

=> the body work in the same state as your received it
=> a full tank of diesel, a full water tank for screen wipers with screenwash, tyres at the required pressure of 40 both front and back
=> the interior and exterior in the same state of cleanliness and hygiene as you received him
=> a full tank of drinking water
=> all items, as stated on the inventory, in good working order and/or in a good state of repair
=> a list detailing any damage, losses or breakages of any of the items on the inventory
=> a list of any inventory items that are consumables and require replacement

All of the above will be checked on your return of Frank to us.
=> if there is damage to the bodywork inc light fittings, doors and windows then an insurance claim will be made
=> if Frank's interior and exterior are not in the same state of cleanliness and hygiene as you received him then a cleaning fee of £60 will be deducted from your deposit
=> If there are damage, losses or breakages to inventory items, these will be costed for repair or replacement and deducted from the deposit
=> If the diesel, water and tyres require topping up a charge of £50 will be deducted from your deposit
