Pablo – 2p Volkswagen bus from 2006

We are Evert and Marieke with our little camper Pablo. In 2021 we transformed Pablo from a van into a camper. We now tour Europe regularly. But it also often stands still while we work and study. That is why we would like to share it so that others can also enjoy Pablo.

It is an extended Volkswagen Transporter with a wonderful sitting area that can be converted into a cozy double bed (120x180). A spacious kitchen with a fold-out oven, deep sink, full inventory and a good fridge to keep your beer cold.
In the garage are 2 chairs, a camping table, barbecue and outdoor rug.

Pablo has a solar panel and is built completely off grid. It also charges by driving. Pablo can't have power on shore, but that's never necessary. It is well insulated and can keep you nice and warm up to 5 degrees at night.

There are dimmable LED lights in the wooden ceiling. Extra mood lighting can be operated from the bed and serves as a night lamp.
Pablo has plenty of storage space in the kitchen cabinets and drawers under the table. There are several USB ports to charge your devices, as well as an inverter with which devices can be charged via 230V while driving.

The car is 3 persons. Has air conditioning and cruise control. It is a 2.5 TDI with 6 gears. Because it is an extended bus, so somewhat heavier, it drives most economically at around 100 km/h.

Pablo is a compact bus fully equipped. He has no problem climbing a mountain or braving a busy city. This makes it suitable for any adventure!
