Behind the kitchenette is a laundry and toilet room that can be completely closed off from the living area, with a separate spacious shower cubicle, swivel cassette toilet and laundry room with designer sink with luxury mixer tap. There are also two spacious extra cupboards in this room. Shower and toilet are also lockable.

The sleeping area at the back with a large length bed can be completely closed off from the living area for optimal privacy. The headboards of this length bed are independently adjustable to allow you to sit comfortably upright, for example to read or for a nice breakfast in bed. There is ample storage space under the left bed and there is also a reasonable storage room under the existing stairs (between the beds).
