Nice that you are interested in this beautiful VW bus camper from 2007, equipped with air conditioning. The bus has had all the services (new timing belt, new batteries, new clutch, new brakes, etc., etc.) and is brand new on the inside in terms of kitchen, interior and bed!
The bus has a small refrigerator, a large gas bottle and a kitchenette (2 burners) and in the back of the garage there is an extra (and larger) cool box to keep things cold for a little longer, together with the spacious storage space, toilet (porta porti). and water tank. Everything is equipped with 12v plugs. The spacious storage cupboards mean that you can take a lot of food and drinks with you for long days, for example in Norway. The solar panel and brand new batteries (with new set-up) in the back ensure that you can camp off-grid for a few days or perhaps a week! Everything can also be connected to shore power if you decide to spend the night at a campsite 1 or 2 days a week to recharge everything properly.
The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped, including cutlery, plates, glasses, pans and everything needed for cooking. Everything was purchased brand new. The cooking area consists of 2 gas burners and a zinc tap. You can collect the dirty water with the portable tank and place it back in the back of the garage and empty it somewhere.
The camper is also equipped with 2 chairs and a table, a porta-porti toilet for emergencies and an awning on the outside of the camper to sit comfortably under. Inside there is a double bed with night lights and USB connections. The beautifully lined interior and laminate floor together with the roller blinds complete the picture.
Opposite the kitchen unit there are two benches with cushions and a table for eating indoors in bad weather or cold. This can be turned into a small bed or a sitting area with cushions. There is more storage space under these benches. Next to the kitchen unit and the benches is the raised double bed. This is a fixed bed so it does not have to be set up and taken down every time. This is built above the garage of the camper. Through a door you can take something from the garage from the inside and open and close the gas bottle. It is ideal that it has a fixed bed. I really wanted this in my camper.
Finally, this VW Crafter has beautiful stickers all around, has a truck driver's seat (nicely sprung) and drives very nice and comfortably. He may be 16 years old, but he is very active in the mountains. And got tired along the way? Find a nice spot, put it down, stick special cloths on the windows, lower the blinds and go to sleep!
The only things you need to bring are blankets, pillows, clothing and groceries. Fill up the tank (it is full when you pick it up) and off to the adventure! We hope you enjoy it and are as careful with it as I am. And don't forget that smile! Because if you drive around with this camper you will definitely get attention from fellow travelers who ask what brand "Craftcamp" is.... ;-)!
yours sincerely,
Ferdi *Globe Trotter*
