Copbus Rusty – 2p Mercedes-Benz bus from 2007

We hereby offer our self-built camper for rent. We completely converted this former police bus three years ago and have already made many great trips with it. We now also put these up for rental, because we use them less ourselves, which we think is a shame!

Even though it is a self-build camper, it is equipped with almost all amenities. It is an automatic gearbox, which ensures a lot of driving comfort. The camper is very comfortable in both warm and cold weather due to the air conditioning (both cold and warm on wall power) and the diesel heater. The air conditioning in summer is especially nice for cool days and nights in warmer countries.

The camper has a comfortable bed. This does have a high entry, so it is desirable to be somewhat mobile ;) The bed has two different lengths because the end runs in a curve. The left side has a length of 175, the right side of over 190. The total width of the bed is 180, but on one side it is partly overhanging by cupboards. However, you can easily fit your legs underneath, so that even people who are a bit taller can lie comfortably here by lying slightly at an angle. The bed is electrically adjustable, so no row blocks are required to level your bed on uneven surfaces.

Furthermore, the camper is fully equipped:
• 115 HP automatic
• Air conditioning both while driving and in the living cabin when the camper is on the power
• Diesel heater
• Fully equipped kitchen (crockery, cutlery, pans)
• Electric hob
• Fridge with freezer
• Toilet
• Spacious trunk (mountain bikes fit in after removing the front wheel)
• Camping set (table + 2 chairs)
• Awning
• Barbecue on coals
• Jeu de boules set

In addition, there is sufficient storage space for clothing, groceries, etc.
What is only missing in the camper is a shower facility.

The camper is from 2007 (and therefore not new) and has some rust spots here and there on the outside, but apart from that the bus still looks good and it is a great thing to go on the road with.

The camper must be picked up and returned in Broek op Langedijk (Alkmaar). Other locations in consultation.

Prior to your trip, we will walk through the camper extensively together to fully inform you about the operation of the camper, so that you are fully informed before departure. In addition, there will also be information in the camper about the operation of things such as boiler, electricity, etc.
