Dear readers,

We are Rob & Irma, and we are the proud owners of a spacious and luxuriously equipped camper. Since we can't have a vacation all year round :), we decided to rent out our camper so that others can enjoy the wonderful amenities our camper has to offer.

Our priority is that you can board immediately and start your holiday. We ensure that some important items have been arranged in advance, such as the first coffee and tea cups, salt & pepper, toilet paper, a dishcloth, dishwashing liquid with a dishwashing brush, hand soap and some hand and tea towels. These are the little things that can easily be forgotten, but are still useful to have on hand.

In our camper you will find extensive equipment, including crockery, pans, cutlery, air fryer, kettle and a coffee machine (Dolce Gusto). The camper has a spacious fridge/freezer combination, of which the large freezer compartment is particularly practical.

The camper is equipped with a 6-speed manual gearbox and has 133 hp. At a speed of 90-100 km/h the camper runs approximately 1 in 14.5 (fuel consumption). The camper runs on diesel. The motorcycle is marked “Euro 5” (so you can drive into all major cities without having to apply for a permit/declaration).
At the front of the camper, the dashboard has extensive yet simple controls.
The car part is equipped with a radio, air conditioning, cruise control and a reversing camera. In addition, there are two 12-volt sockets in the dashboard, which you can use to charge your phone. In addition, we have a special Garmin navigation system that is specially designed for campers. This system includes camper pitches and campsites throughout Europe, along with various useful apps. Navigating this system is very simple.
The car seats can be rotated and are adjustable in height and length.

The spacious round seat offers everyone enough space without getting in each other's way. For warm days, roof hatches and windows can be opened, each equipped with a mosquito net and blackout curtain. The windshield and side windows can also be shielded with sliding curtains, which maintains privacy and also keeps out heat.

There is a spacious free-standing queen bed at the back of the camper. Through the sides you have easy access to cupboards with plenty of space to hang and put down clothes. The bedroom can be closed with a door, making the living area and the bedroom separate.
There is also a Maxfan in the sleeping area. This Maxfan can be compared to an air conditioner, but produces hardly any noise, both indoors and outdoors, and is energy efficient. The big advantage of this Maxfan is that it can bring in cool air, but can also be set to extract warm and stuffy air. This ensures a relaxing sleeping environment, always. This Maxfan can be used on 12 volts, so you can use it even if you do not have a 220 connection.
The fold-down bed in the middle of the camper is easy to operate and quickly ready for use. This bed offers space for 2 adults (max 190 kg in total) and is accessible via a staircase. In addition, a third bed can be created by folding down the table and placing the cushions. This extra bed is suitable for one person.

The camper is equipped with a solar panel that recharges the batteries, which can allow you to go without external power for 1-2 days, depending on use. The batteries are also recharged while driving.
The fridge-freezer combination automatically switches to gas when the camper is stationary (or first open the gas tap) but switches to power via the battery while driving. When you connect the camper to power (via the supplied cable), everything runs on the location's power (220 volts).

The built-in clean and dirty water tanks allow you to use water on the road and on location. The toilet has its own collection container that you must empty in between and return empty and clean at the end of the rental period.

For your convenience, we provide two filled gas bottles. You will receive the contents of one gas bottle from us at no extra cost. You can use the second gas bottle, but it must be returned full. If you are unable to exchange it and return it full, we charge €50.00, which must be paid in cash when returning the camper.

The gas is used for cooking, using the fridge-freezer combination (if you do not use 220 volts) and for a gas BBQ or you can use our supplied Cadac/BBQ, and you will of course need gas for the central heating during cold days. Our camper is fully insulated, so you can enjoy it in comfort even in colder months. With a full gas bottle you can normally easily last 2 to even 3 weeks, depending on use and the situation you are in.

On the outside, the camper has a spacious garage for your own belongings. A bicycle carrier on the back offers space for 2 electric bicycles. The garage also houses an (outdoor) table, 4 (lounging) chairs and the power cable for camping. A handy quick coupling of the gas connection makes it possible to use your own gas BBQ or our Kadac, without having to drag around an extra gas bottle. This way you can cook outside on the camper's gas.
There is also an outdoor shower on the outside, which is very easy to use.
The awning on the side of the camper is easy to roll out and adjust with fixed leveling feet that are height-adjustable and the accompanying guy ropes provide extra stability.

In the garage we have a variety of items ready for outdoor activities, such as badminton rackets, bocce, tennis boards and an electric pump for an air mattress, etc. Including an extension cord. We also have a drying rack available for hanging out your clothes and/or towels.
Inside the camper you will also find various games, such as a card game and Yahtzee, for fun moments.

In short, everything is there for a fantastic trip.

There is also a CO2 detector in the camper and a special burglary detector has also been installed (so that when you sleep and an intoxicating gas is possibly sprayed in, you will wake up immediately).

Some important points to remember:

We will give you a detailed explanation when you pick up the camper. Please note that this will take approximately an hour and a half. In addition to the existing papers from Goboony, we have created a more extensive checklist ourselves, in more detail, so as to avoid discussions afterwards. You as a tenant will also receive a copy of this, upon your return we will go through the checklist together.
You can always reach us by telephone and WhatsApp for help. We are insured through Goboony, so if you have an accident or problems with the camper, you can immediately call the Goboony emergency number so that you will receive immediate assistance. All data for this are present in the camper.
When leaving the camper, always make sure that the Bearlock (anti-burglary) is activated by simply locking it.

We look forward to meeting you prior to the rental, if desired, so that we can get to know each other and we can also give you the opportunity to view the camper in detail.

If anything happens during your rental period, please let us know. Our camper is from 2013, has driven few kilometers (approximately 53,000 km) and is well maintained, so you can travel safely.

Finally: we recommend using the WORRY-FREE TRAVEL INSURANCE:

An accident is in a small corner. We take great care of our camper and have any damage repaired.

Couple;
On the first day of your trip you accidentally hit a post, resulting in a dent in the rear bumper. Repairing the damage costs €900.
On the third day a stone hit the window, resulting in a large crack in the windshield. Unfortunately, the asterisk is too large, so a new windshield needs to be installed. Repairing the damage costs €800.
Someone tried to break into the camper during your trip. This has forced the lock and there are scratches on the side of the camper. Repairing the damage costs €1,000.
So if you have a deductible of €1,000 (without Carefree Travel), you will have to pay an additional €1,700 for damages in addition to the €1,000 deposit paid. This is of course very annoying, since only the first incident was your fault. However, as a renter you are responsible for the camper during the travel period, including the other two incidents.

With Carefree Travel insurance:

If you have chosen to purchase the deductible through the Carefree Travel insurance, you only have to pay €300 in addition to the €150 deposit and therefore not €1700.
