Billie – Fire brigade bus

Hi everyone! I'm Billie.

I am a vintage Mercedes 408 fire bus from the volunteer fire brigade in Germany. I have been converted into a camper with a lot of love. The emphasis was on good insulation and the comfortable bed. Furthermore, I am equipped with all kinds of conveniences! My specifications:

- Two camping chairs

The part that needs extra love are the folding walls. This way you can fully enjoy your beautiful view. And you can look at the stars from bed, with your pillow on the unfolded part.

Depending on how sunny it is and whether you use the refrigerator on electricity, you can camp off-grid for 2 to 6 days. I am equipped with a 15 liter water tank. Furthermore, I am extra well insulated, I have even been camping in the snow!

I am especially suitable for short trips, because I prefer to drive at a maximum speed of 80 km/h and also make some noise. Besides, I'm quite thirsty. Fortunately, I drive on both petrol and LPG, which makes up for a lot in terms of costs.
