Nice, compact Fiat Ducato from 1986

A wonderful camper van for two people. The camper is 36 years old, has a lot of charm and attracts a lot of attention from the enthusiast. The bus is a perfect size; not too big and not too small. Which is very nice if you are not used to driving a (large) bus. The interior is original and has a bit of a retro look and feel.
The kitchen in the back is a real pleasure, you can cook standing up with the doors open. This way you can easily conjure up a hot meal on the table while looking out . The camper has a very practical layout with a spacious seating area. You can easily dine or rummikubb here with 4 people. At the end of the day you lower the table and you can sleep comfortably wide (in the length of the bus).

I have just had a new gearbox put in and have moved forward one gear: from 4 to 5. This has made the bus quieter and more economical (about 1 in 12). Further recent maintenance: New timing belt, brakes, brake linings, brake lines, clutch disc, new rear tires, starter battery. There is also a service battery, so charging your phone is no problem.

I've had the van for over two years now and have put a lot of TLC (tender, love & care) into it since then. That makes it feel safe and nice to go out with such an oldie ;-)
