We are proud to present our new mobile home for rent, which we have been renting out since July 2022.
We have exchanged the 2018 mobile home for this even more spacious and luxurious mobile home.
Luxury twin beds at the back (extra large 2-3 pers), electric lift bed (2 pers) at the front, LED and mood lighting, solar panel, separate sliding door in the bedroom, separate shower and toilet, kitchen with 3-burner gas stove, large automatic refrigerator with separate freezer compartment , awning, blackout and fly windows everywhere, bicycle rack for 4 bicycles max 60 kg, very large garage!

Rental rates per night, minimum rental for 3 nights, July-August and other school holidays minimum rental for 7 nights. This can be deviated from in mutual consultation.

Smart TV with chromecast is provided.
Free use of kitchen set, mattress protectors and GPS especially for camper.
Self-sufficient in sleeping and laundry supplies, dishwashing products.
Extra asset : with us there are NO restrictions on the number of kilometers from a rental period of 10 days. For shorter rental periods, 250 km per rented night are included in the rent. (eg 10 nights = 2500km). Additional kilometers at 0.25 euros / km.
It is possible to rent garden furniture (table + 4 chairs) from us at 45 euros per set.
The cleaning costs per rental period amount to 88 euros and are the costs for cleaning the outside, washing the mattress protectors & fitted sheets and disinfecting the interior.
The mobile home is delivered clean, tidy and disinfected with Dettol. We expect tenants to fully clean the interior and furnishings themselves. We take care of the disinfection and is included in the cost of 88 euros.

Powerful 160 hp diesel engine of the latest environmental class 6b. Environmentally friendly, accessible everywhere and economical in consumption!
Also fully equipped for winter (sports) holidays. Ring heating + super insulation + heating in the large garage to dry clothing material.

We as landlords are subject to VAT. If you, as a tenant, want an invoice for the payment, this is no problem. This is made up when you return the mobile home.
