Equipped with a Fiat Ducato 2.3 diesel engine, manual transmission.

A large mobile home!
The cabin is equipped with airbags for driver and passenger.
Multimedia station/reversing camera Pioneer with built-in navigation (CarPlay) available.
All windows + roof hatches can be darkened using cassette pleats.
A Thule sun canopy is attached to the outside.
The bicycle carrier at the rear has room for two bicycles (max. 60kg).
There is also a connection for the outdoor shower (hot water).
The finish of this German mobile home is of high quality. Leather upholstery, plenty of cupboard and storage space, attractive LED lighting throughout the room.
There is a spacious dining area at the front, the table is adjustable so that everyone can comfortably find a seat. The cabin seats can be rotated 180 degrees, so that you can also add them to the table and watch TV for example (22 inch flat screen with DVD + satellite TV).
An L-shaped full-fledged kitchen has been placed in the middle part. There is a 3-burner stove with electric ignition, a sink with extendable worktop and a large refrigerator (145 liters) with a freezer compartment (12 liters).
The bathroom is also placed in the middle. Everything is available; sink with mirror, cassette toilet and a comfortable shower.
At the back of the mobile home you will find a cozy L-shaped lounge with coffee table, cupboard space and a second TV (32 inch flat screen with DVD + satellite TV).
The living space can easily be turned into a sleeping area. There are two electric pull-down beds. These can be placed in the correct position without having to convert them.
The bed above the dining area has dimensions of 200x135/125cm and is equipped with child safety.
The bed above the lounge corner has dimensions of 200x155cm.
Both beds are equipped with good multi-zone cold foam mattresses.
The rear bedroom can be closed with a sliding door.

You can control all functions of the so-called Service Center via an easy-to-use panel. This gives you control over electricity, water supply and heating.
The mobile home has a good heating system. Thanks to the double floor, the ring heating and the good insulation, you can always create a comfortable climate.
All windows and roof hatches are also equipped with mosquito nets.
A lightweight gas cylinder is connected. This is equipped with a safe Crash Protection Unit. Extra gas bottle possible if desired. Switching is automatic.
The solar panel provides support when connection to the electricity grid is not possible.
Two bottom trunks provide additional storage space for luggage.
At the back there is a garage space for storing garden furniture and other supplies.

Please take into account a maximum permissible mass of 3500 kg for driving with a B driving license so that you can get on the road safely and legally!

The mobile home is offered completely clean.
