Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Reservations

Pets are allowed at every campsite in the holiday tents of Juliette Tentvakanties / Sanders Glamping! Not in every type of accommodation. This is indicated per campsite; in case of doubt, please don't hesitate to call us!

After your reservation (by phone, in writing, or by e-mail), Juliette Tentvakanties / Sanders Glamping will send you a booking confirmation by e-mail, including the final amount due. In case of incorrect details, you must contact Juliette Tentvakanties / Sanders Glamping immediately, no later than within 3 working days. If you have not received a booking confirmation within 8 days after making your reservation, please contact Juliette Tentvakanties / Sanders Glamping.

In case of late arrival at the accommodation or early departure before the reserved dates, no refund will be given for the unused period. Check-in is guaranteed after 4:00 PM / Check-out before 10:00 AM. The campsite reserves the right to charge additional fees if you arrive or depart outside these indicated hours.

If fewer people stay in the accommodation than originally reserved, no refund will be given for the absent persons.

The maximum number of people allowed per accommodation is 4, 5, or 6 persons, usually from the same household. More people? Please inform us in advance! The maximum allowed is specified for each accommodation.

The number of guests staying in the accommodation must match the reservation. Any visitors must be registered. Juliette Tentvakanties / Sanders Glamping reserves the right to end your holiday and ask you to leave the campsite if you do not comply with this condition.

Reservations for/by young people (< 23 years) or for a group in general cannot be accepted, unless with the express agreement of the campsite.

At some campsites, it is possible to place a small extra tent next to your accommodation free of charge. However, this is not intended to accommodate more people than those included in the reservation.

A baby kit and/or other extras, such as heating for example, can only be guaranteed if requested at the time of booking.

2. Payment
(Please note the modified conditions applicable for early bookings 2021/2022)

After receipt of the booking confirmation, 50% of the total amount must be paid within 7 days.

The balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival at the accommodation. If payment is not made on time, any discounts granted will be cancelled.

For bookings made within 8 weeks prior to arrival, the total amount must be paid within 1 week after receipt of the booking confirmation.

For bookings made within 2 weeks prior to arrival, the total amount must be paid within 1 day (immediately) after receipt of the booking confirmation.

If the deposit and/or balance are not paid within the deadline, Juliette Tentvakanties / Sanders Glamping reserves the right to cancel the reservation, and the booker remains responsible for the cancellation costs (see cancellation conditions).

In the event of late payment, all costs, both legal and extrajudicial, will be charged to the booker, including statutory interest on the unpaid amount starting from the month following the payment deadline, as indicated on the booking confirmation. Any discounts granted will also be cancelled.

3. Security Deposit

The deposit is €100 per reserved accommodation and will be collected, upon request, directly upon arrival by the representative of Juliette Tentvakanties / Sanders Glamping or by the campsite owner. The amount may vary depending on the campsite and any additional costs.

The deposit will be refunded, in full or in part, after the final inspection of the accommodation by the representative of Juliette Tentvakanties / Sanders Glamping or the campsite owner, before departure. We ask you to bring the deposit in cash in an envelope. Prefer a refund by bank transfer? Please inform us in advance.

If you leave before the final inspection has taken place, the deposit will be refunded later by bank transfer. Any damages found will be deducted from the deposit.

Juliette Tentvakanties / Sanders Glamping does not charge for accidentally broken dishes or glasses.

Any damage, loss, or destruction of the accommodation or inventory (other than dishes or glassware) will be charged based on replacement cost. The amount will be immediately deducted from the deposit, without prejudice to the obligation to pay any amount exceeding the deposit.

The accommodation must be left clean, at least in the condition in which it was handed over to you at the start of your stay. If, during the final inspection, the accommodation is found insufficiently clean, a minimum amount of €50 will be retained from the deposit for final cleaning.

4. Changes to Confirmed Reservations

Changes requested by the booker will only be made if possible and only after written confirmation by Juliette Tentvakanties / Sanders Glamping. If the change is not possible, the original reservation remains valid. For changes, depending on the situation, we charge a fee of €24.50.

For changes involving a partial cancellation, the cancellation conditions apply to the cancelled part.

If the reserved period is extended during your stay at the campsite, the supplement must be paid immediately, according to the rates stated on the website. In this case, no ongoing discounts or promotions can be applied.

5. Cancellation Conditions
Standard cancellation policy:

Cancellations are only possible in writing (by post or e-mail), stating the reason.

For cancellations up to 8 weeks before the arrival date, 50% of the total amount will be charged, with a minimum of €100.

For cancellations after 8 weeks before the arrival date, 100% of the total amount will be charged, with a minimum of €100.

For cancellations between 2 weeks before arrival and the day of arrival itself, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

We recommend taking out travel and/or cancellation insurance via Juliette Tentvakanties / Sanders Glamping.

6. Availability of Accommodation

If Juliette Tentvakanties / Sanders Glamping cannot provide the reserved accommodation, the booker will be informed immediately. An alternative as similar as possible will be offered, without an increase in the stay price. If the booker refuses this alternative, Juliette Tentvakanties / Sanders Glamping will immediately refund all amounts paid.

If cancellation by Juliette Tentvakanties / Sanders Glamping takes place within 10 days prior to arrival, the booker will receive, in addition to the refund of all amounts already paid, compensation of 5% of the total amount of the stay, up to a maximum of €100.

7. Liability

Juliette Tentvakanties / Sanders Glamping cannot be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury caused to or by users of the accommodations offered by Juliette Tentvakanties / Sanders Glamping, regardless of origin.

Participation in activities organized on or by the campsite is entirely at the participants' own risk.

Users of accommodations offered by Juliette Tentvakanties / Sanders Glamping must comply with the rules of conduct set by the campsite owner.

Users who cause or risk causing nuisance, or who do not comply with the rules of conduct in force at the campsite, may be excluded from the accommodation after a first warning, without any right to a refund.

Juliette Tentvakanties / Sanders Glamping is not responsible for the behaviour of other holidaymakers at the campsite.

During low and mid-season, it is possible that the campsite owner does not make certain facilities available to clients (Juliette Tentvakanties / Sanders Glamping). Due to COVID-19, this may also apply during high season.

Employees of Juliette Tentvakanties / Sanders Glamping present at the campsite are not authorized to make statements concerning the liability of Juliette Tentvakanties / Sanders Glamping.

If a representative of Juliette Tentvakanties / Sanders Glamping is prevented (illness or other urgent reason), Juliette Tentvakanties / Sanders Glamping will ensure a replacement as soon as possible. If this cannot be arranged immediately, Juliette Tentvakanties / Sanders Glamping accepts no liability for any costs that may result.

Discounts: granted discounts cannot be combined. Juliette Tentvakanties / Sanders Glamping will apply the highest discount available to your booking.

The lowest price guarantee applies to the gross amounts offered for the same campsite. These gross amounts are the base prices offered by Juliette or by possible third parties.

8. Complaints

The travel program, website, and other communication tools such as prices, promotions, and publications by Juliette Tentvakanties / Sanders Glamping are prepared with the utmost care, but Juliette Tentvakanties / Sanders Glamping cannot be held responsible for changes in circumstances.

If you have a justified complaint, you must report it immediately to a campsite reception employee or to the representative of Juliette Tentvakanties / Sanders Glamping on site. They will do their best to find an acceptable solution. If, despite this, the complaint persists and cannot be resolved on site, it must be submitted in writing to Juliette Tentvakanties / Sanders Glamping no later than 3 weeks after the last overnight stay in the accommodation. Complaints cannot concern the points mentioned above.

Inconveniences caused by external factors (noise, flooding, wind, rain, pests/insects, etc.) cannot be controlled by Juliette Tentvakanties / Sanders Glamping. Of course, the representative of Juliette Tentvakanties / Sanders Glamping will do their utmost to limit or resolve these inconveniences, but Juliette cannot be held responsible. However, Juliette Tentvakanties has ensured that each accommodation has limited means to respond in case of pests (e.g., ultrasonic devices against rodents) or storms (extra storm ropes and straps).

Any dispute between Juliette Tentvakanties / Sanders Glamping and the tenant is subject to French law.
