TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General - The person making the reservation must be of age and must be a participant in the stay. Signing the booking contract commits you to accept all the general conditions of reservation. The booking contract will show the exact date of arrival and departure. This contract obliges you to pay the whole stay even in case of total or partial absence. The signatory of the reservation contract as well as the accompanying persons will not under any circumstances be entitled to any right to maintenance in the premises at the end of the rental period. Every client is obliged to comply with the rules and regulations of Camping de la Gartempe. (Display of the rules of procedure at the entrance of the campsite, at the reception and available on request). The campsite declines all responsibility for the damage suffered by the equipment of the caravaner camper that would be of its own fact. Liability insurance is mandatory.

Reservations - Any rental is nominative and can under no circumstances be transferred or leased to a third party. Any rental of a chalet, a cottage, a mobile home or a camping site will be taken into account and effective only after completing the reservation contract accompanied by the deposit of the amount determined on The contract and after the agreement of the responsible of Camping de la Gartempe. Our chalets and mobil-homes are designed to accommodate a maximum of 4 people (baby included), our cottages 6 people maximum (baby included) and only one vehicle. Accommodation or location will be allocated according to schedule. The preferences formulated during the reservation will be satisfied to the extent of availabilities, without incurring the responsibility of the campsite. For any modification of the dates of stay, it can not be guaranteed the same location or rental. Any unresolved reservation in accordance with the terms and conditions will be canceled. If you do not have a letter from you, stating that you are deferring the date of your arrival, Camping de la Gartempe regains its right to have the rental or the location, 24 hours after the expected date of arrival By the rental agreement and full payment of the benefits remains required. All requests for extensions must be made 24 hours before the scheduled date of departure. Weekly bookings for accommodation are from Saturday to Saturday in April, July and August (arrival between 4 pm and 8 pm - departure between 8 am and 10 am). In low season the day of arrival is free.

Prices - Prices are quoted in euros, VAT included. The amount of the stay is calculated according to the tariff established for the season. We reserve the right to adjust the rates in the event of a change in the rate of taxes. The tourist tax and the electricity package are not included in the total stay. They are to be paid on the day of your arrival. The total amount of the stay is fully payable 30 days before the beginning of the stay. For the hirings a deposit of 250 € will be asked at your arrival. This deposit will be refunded to you during the inventory of your departure, minus any damage. If the accommodation is not returned in a perfect state of cleanliness, a lump sum of 50 euros will be retained. In case of early departure preventing the inventory on the day of departure, the deposit will be returned to you by post within a period not exceeding one week.

Cancellations - No refunds will be made in the case of late arrival, early departure or cancellation of reservation, for whatever reasons. No refund or compensation may be claimed in the event of the temporary closure of one or more of the services proposed for technical, administrative or other reasons. The legal provisions relating to the right of withdrawal in the case of distance selling provided for by the Consumer Code do not apply to tourist services (Article L121-20-4 of the Consumer Code)
We advise you to take out the Cancellation and Interruption Insurance at the time of booking. Our partner Gritchen Affinity commits to reimburse all or part of the stay to our vacationers.
After subscription, in case of cancellation notify the campsite of the Gartempe of your withdrawal from the event of an event preventing your departure by mail or by mail. If the claim is covered by the general conditions (available on www.campez-couvert.com), notify the insurer within 48 hours and provide all the necessary information and supporting documents.
