Sales Policy
Reservation: A booking becomes confirmed once the guest receives a booking confirmation email and pays the required deposit (or full payment if applicable).
Deposit & Payment:
For standard campsite pitches: a deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking.
The balance is due on arrival at check-in.
Payments accepted: bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash (on site) unless otherwise agreed.
Arrival & Stay:
Check-in time: from 14:00 on the arrival date.
Check-out time: by 12:00 on departure date.
Early arrival or late departure may be possible by prior arrangement (subject to availability and possible additional charge).
Guests must occupy the reserved parcel/pitch by 20:00 on the day of arrival; if not, and no late arrival is confirmed, the reservation may be treated as a no-show.
Modification:
Changes to the booking (e.g., arrival/departure date or pitch type) must be requested in writing (e-mail) and are subject to availability.
If the change results in a higher rate, the difference is payable; if a lower rate, no automatic refund is guaranteed.
No-show / early departure:
In the event of non-arrival (“no-show”) without cancellation, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged.
For early departure, the full booking amount remains due; no refunds for unused nights unless otherwise agreed in writing.
 
Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Guest:
More than 30 days before arrival: the deposit will be refunded in full, minus an administrative fee of € 40.
Between 15 and 29 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged (i.e., non-refundable).
From 14 days or fewer before arrival (including on the day of arrival): 100% of the total booking amount is non-refundable and will be charged.
Cancellation in Writing:
All cancellations must be communicated by e-mail to our official booking address. Verbal/phone cancellations are not valid.
The date of receipt of the cancellation email is the effective date of cancellation.
Refund Process:
Refunds (where applicable) will be made within 30 days of the cancellation date, using the same payment method used at booking (or bank transfer if agreed).
Force Majeure:
If the guest cannot travel due to documented, unforeseeable, and uncontrollable events (e.g., serious illness, natural disaster, official travel ban), we may, at our discretion, offer a voucher for future use instead of a cash refund.
Cancellation by the Campsite:
If Camp Tura must cancel your booking (e.g., due to an event outside our control, maintenance, safety reasons), you will receive a full refund of the amount already paid. We will not be liable for any further costs, damages, or inconvenience.
