1. PARTIES AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
(hereinafter also referred to as the General Terms and Conditions or GTC)
On the one hand, MGP PROJETO 1, UNIPESSOAL LDA, the provider responsible for managing accommodation reservations at the CAMPSITE selected by the customer from the list made available by WECAMP (hereinafter also referred to as the Provider or the CAMPSITE), with its registered office at São Miguel , EN 120
7630-592 Odeceixe, Portugal, VAT 517455986, Customer Service telephone number +34 900 056 003, e-mail: info@wecamp.net, and owner of the website www.wecamp.net, sets out this contractual document governing the reservation of accommodation through the aforementioned website.
On the other hand, the User – Customer (hereinafter referred to as the User), who makes the reservation and is responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided to the Provider.
BOTH PARTIES ACCEPT this document, which implies that the User:
Has read, understood and accepted the provisions set out herein.
Is of legal age and has the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
Accepts all the obligations contained herein.
Has read and accepts these General Terms and Conditions from the moment any reservation is made.
This document may be printed and stored by Users.
The Provider makes the following e-mail address available to Users: info@wecamp.net, for any questions regarding these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions shall remain valid for an indefinite period and shall apply to all reservations made through the Provider's aforementioned website.
The Provider reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions unilaterally, provided that such amendments shall not affect reservations or promotions purchased prior to the modification, with the aim of improving the services offered. In any event, these General Terms and Conditions should be consulted before making a reservation.
Users are advised to keep a copy of the reservation details.
The CAMPSITE's liability for the services provided shall be limited to the amount paid for such services. The User waives any claim against the CAMPSITE for any reason whatsoever arising from dissatisfaction with the services booked through the aforementioned website, as well as for any failures, slow access or errors in accessing the website, including any loss of data or other information that may occur on the User's computer or network when accessing the website.
The CAMPSITE offers accommodation rental services through the aforementioned website.
CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
The statutory right of withdrawal shall not apply pursuant to the exception established in Article 103(l) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other supplementary legislation, as this concerns the provision of accommodation services for purposes other than residential use where the contract specifies a particular date or period of performance.
The applicable cancellation policy will depend on the selected rate and the specific conditions applicable to that rate. Details of the cancellation policy can be found in your booking confirmation. If your reservation was made through a travel agency or another website, you must contact them directly to arrange the cancellation of your booking. After that point, should you cancel your reservation, the cost of the first night's stay will be charged to your credit card.
If the reserved accommodation is not occupied on the scheduled arrival date or, at the latest, by 12:00 noon on the following day, the reservation will be automatically cancelled unless the delay has been notified to us in writing. No refunds will be granted in the event of late arrival or early departure.
- Easter (from 25 March to 29 March) and from 1 July to 31 July: flexible cancellation policy up to 14 days before arrival.
- From 1 August to 31 August: flexible cancellation policy up to 30 days before arrival.
- The rest of the year: flexible cancellation policy up to 3 days before arrival.
