How much transfer in EURO? With an exchange of 1:1 calculate a round amount (about the 50%
of the CHF amount). The bank will deposit the amount with the exchange rate of the day. Latest at the departure you will pay the open balance.
The reservation is guaranteed only by receipt of the down payment. Without this payment your reservation will be cancelled.
Cancellation policy:
We do charge CHF 100.- for administrative costs plus:
-20% of the total amount if you cancel till 5 weeks before your arrival date.
-70% of the total amount if you cancel till 2 weeks before your arrival date.
-100% if you cancel 1 week before arrival date.
Important information:
-Important update: starting from the 2026 season, the following rule will apply to all stays longer than 30 nights: Caravans, awnings, protective covers, and canopies set up on the pitch must maintain a minimum distance of 50 cm from the neighboring pitch. This rule also applies to floor plates.
-by the booking, you have the right to reserve only one category. It is possible to indicate a favorite number, but there is no guarantee that it will be assigned.
-The number will be provided upon arrival.
-By booking you have the right to reserve a category and book a definitive pitch number at the time of booking and at a cost of CHF 35 per stay (depending to availability).
-All the reserved nights have to be paid for. In the case of early departure or late arrival, will be charged a reduced tariff.
-We remind you that dogs are not allowed.
