Could be better: Dogs nr main entrance behind gates kept us awake one night barking.

Liked: Sfeervol, heel mooi ingericht en een schitterend zwemparadijs. Verwarmd sanitair. Goede supermarkt.

Could be better: Aanbod take away. Alles wat aangeboden wordt, is niet te bestellen. Hierdoor weinig variatie. Wel grote porties.

Liked: De faciliteiten die goed waren zijn het restaurant Hola Playa, de supermarkt en het sanitair. Ook de WIFI was super goed

Could be better: Ik had geboekt Parcela Beach Primera :Linea, maar de parcelen waren voor een camper niet te bereiken en de golven sloegen over de rotsen waardoor de percelen een grote modderzooi werden. Ik heb daarna een standaard perceel nr. 74 gekregen. Door omstandigheden ben ik een week eerder dan geboekt vertrokken, maar kreeg geen geld terug en moest de volle periode betalen. Ik dien een klacht in bij de ANWB alwaar ik de boeking heb gedaan.

Liked: La qualité des prestations : emplacement, plage, piscine, sanitaires, bar au bord de la plage, supermarché, wifi, fitness, proximité d’endroits sympa

Could be better: Maintenance de la salle de fitness : matériel de qualité mais certaines machines hors service, tout simplement à cause d’un câble manquant ou à remplacer Dur de trouver d’autres d’autres défauts importants Ah si oui, eau de là piscine découverte un peu fraîche

Alannia Els Prats is located in the Km. 1.137 of the N-340 road, you will find us following these points:

BY CAR:

GPS:Long. = 0º 58' 51''. Lat. = 41º 2' 21''

If you come by the Motorway AP-7, you should take the Exit 38 in l'Hospitalet de l'Infant or the Exit 37 in Cambrils. Then, you have to go towards the N-340 road and drive untill the Kilometre 1.137 about 7 Kilometres along, direction Cambrils if you have taken the Exit 38 or direction Valencia if you have taken the Exit 37 in Cambrils.
Once you cross under the bridge you should turn right.

BY PLANE:

The nearest airport to the Campsite is located in Reus, about 20 Km. This one operates with the company Ryanair, Airberlin and Blueair, which offers low price flights.Instead of this, the Prat Airport, in Barcelona, isabout 100 Km. far away offers more flights also all around the world.

BY TRAIN or any other MEAN OF TRANSPORT:

If you decide to come by train or any other mean of transport you must get off in Cambrils Railway Station and then take a taxi to the Camping Els Prats.

Booking conditions

BOOKING CONDITIONS 2020

STUDIOS & BUNGALOWS:

Minimum stay:

- 2 nights

- 4 nights at Easter

- 7 nights in high season

Confirmation Booking: It is required a payment in advance of 25% of the total of the stay within 72 hours after the pre-booking. On the arrival day, the remaining amount and a caution of 100,00 € have to be paid. The caution will be refunded at check-out after checking the accommodation status.

Check-in is between 17ººh and 21ººh and Checkout before 12ºh.

In July and August check-in and check-out day will be friday, saturday or sunday with a minimum stay of 7 nights..

The number of the accommodation will be given on the day of arrival. It is forbidden to exceed the permitted number of people per accommodation. Dogs allowed only in Bungalows Standard with a dayly extra charge.

CAMPING - PLACES:

COMNFIMATION: It is required a payment in advance of 25% of the total of the stay within 72 hours after the pre-booking.

Check-in will be from 13ººh and check-out before 12ººh.

The maximum number of people per place cannot exceed 6 persons. People with pets should indicate this at the time of booking to see availability in zone A which is the only area where it is accepted. On arrival at the resort they have to present proper documentation of the pet.

BOOKING CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations have to be notified by fax or email.

- 31 days before the arrival = refund of 100%

- 8 - 30 days before the arrival = refund of 50%

- 7 days before the arrival = no refund.

Booking will be kept up to 12ººh of the day after expected arrival.
