Liked: The campsite is close to the sea, a 10 minute walk and there is a public beach. Although we didn’t do it this time bit ist a good base to do trips from here to places like Siena, pisa, livorno, Volterra.

Could be better: The wifi is not free, you have to pay 10 euros for a week and it sucks, half of the time it didnt work. The swimming pool has beds ans umbrellas but also here you have to pay 10-20 euros a day.

Liked: We liked the friendly size of the campsite and the fact that loud entertainment ended at 10 PM. The bathrooms and toilets are beautifully renovated.

Could be better: Although the bathrooms are nice and modern, they were only cleaned about once or twice a day, which is not enough—during high season, it should be done multiple times a day. The beach and the path leading to it are quite littered; they would need either more trash cans or regular maintenance. I understand it is outside the campsite's fence, but since it is almost exclusively used by the campsite guests, it would be great if the management treated it as their own.

Could be better: Toiletpaper in the toilets, some more green and flowers at the pool to make it more cosy.

Liked: Perfect, location is good, restaurant, small shop, pitches are big and with enough shadow, clean toilets and showers, nice sercvice and no cars on the site. And Nice people!!!

Could be better: No costs for padel, tennis or more luxueus beds. No need for.

Booking conditions

We inform you that from 01.05 until 30 September 2026 is applied the tourist tax: Euro 1,00 per person per night for a maximum period of 10 overnights (from 14 years of age). Children under 14 years of age are free of charge.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Free of charge booking.From 9th of January we accept reservations either by e-mail or telephone. A deposit of 30% of the stay total price will be requested in order to confirm the reservation.

In medium and high season Bungalows can be reserved only from Saturday to Saturday or from Sunday to Sunday. During the whole season, for stays of less than 7 nights, a fee of €50/80 will be applied for mandatory final cleaning, to be paid ON SITE!

In high season the minimum tariff for booked pitches is 61,50 euro per day (73,50 ,00 Euro Big Pitch and 82,50 Big Camper pitch).

Reserved days will be counted even in case of earlier departures.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation - within 30 days before the arrival - the deposit will be sent back deducted 40,00 euro for stationery expences.

GENERAL INFORMATION

The management is responsible only for damages caused by structures, vehicles or staff of the village.

The management is entitled to postpone the beginning of silence till midnight between August 1- 20. Exceptions may be possible.

Between 29/04- 28/5 and 17/09 - 17/10 the commercial activities (supermarket, grocery, restaurant, pizzeria and bar) might not yet be functioning full-time or already be partially closed.

You may access your bungalow or lot by car only to unload or load and to position you trailer. After that operation cars have to be driven to the general parking lot. This is a basic rule of our camping place. Guests who feel that, for whatever reason, they are unable to live without their car next to their lot are kindly invited to choose another camping place for their holidays.

SAFE DEPOSIT

Every guest is responsible for the safeguard of his property.

A safe deposit is available to lock away money.

The management is responsible only for money in such deposit. The management is not responsible for any loss or left in bungalows, campers, roulottes, tents, boats or cars in parking; nor for property left on the beach (surfing boards, boats, motors).
