Camping Village Rocchette is located only 600 meters far from the sea and a few kilometers from Castiglione della Pescaia, along one of the most beautiful Tyrrhenian coasts, in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma. Completely immersed in a lush secular pinewood, it offers stays for all needs and for all targets to enjoy complete relaxation and well-being, in a context of unique beauty. For a stay dedicated to wellness, but also an active open-air holiday, Camping Village Rocchette offers a variety of services: tennis and football courts, padel, ping-pong, fitness area, rental of canoe/pedal boat and sup directly at the beach.

Travel by Airplane : Airport to Pisa – Florence – Rome By Car: - From North- West A12 until Rosignano and then SS1 Aurelia a four-lane, exit Follonica - From North- Est A1 until Firenze Signa and then highway Firenze- Livorno until Collesalvetti, then A12 untill Rosignano then SS1 Aurelia a four-lane, exit Follonica - From South A12 until Civitavecchia then ( highway ) SS1 Aurelia until Grosseto then provincial road to Castiglione della Pescaia. By Railway: Follonica and Grosseto.

Booking conditions

Article 1 - Scope of the general conditions of sale
These general conditions automatically govern all sales of stays made at Camping Village Rocchette. They form an integral part of any contract concluded between the campsite and its customers.
Each customer acknowledges having read these general conditions before any reservation of a stay, for himself and for any person participating in the stay.
In accordance with current legislation, these general conditions are made available to all customers for information purposes before concluding any contract for the sale of stays. They can also be obtained by simple written request addressed to the establishment's headquarters.
Article 2 - Booking conditions
2.1 Price and Payment
The price of stays is indicated in euros, VAT included. The customer's attention is drawn to the fact that the tourist tax is not included in the price.
For all reservations: the reservation is personal and non-transferable. The rental becomes effective only with our agreement and after receipt of the deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the reservation. You will settle the balance on spot for camping and 7 days prior the arrival for Bungalows/Glamping.
For any unreported delay, the rental/site becomes available by 1.00 pm on the day after the arrival date indicated in the booking contract. After this term, and in the absence of written communication, the reservation will be canceled and the deposit non-refundable.
2.2 Modification of the reservation
No reduction will be applied in case of late arrival or early departure.
2.3 Cancellation
Any reservation not regulated in accordance with the general conditions of sale will be cancelled. 100% refund for cancellations within 8 days prior to arrival date. No refunds for any cancellation received 7 days prior to the start date of the stay or in the event of a no-show.
2.4 Withdrawal
The provisions of the law relating to the right of withdrawal in the event of distance selling provided for by the Consumer Code (art. L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code) do not apply to tourist services.
Therefore, for any order for a camping stay, the customer does not benefit from any right of withdrawal.
3.1 Arrivals and departures
Accommodations: c-in 10.00 -19.30; c-out 8.00 - 10.00
Pitches: c-in 8.00 -19.30; c-out 8.00 -12.00
3.2 Deposit
A guarantee card or cash deposit of €150 per accommodation will be required on spot at the c-in. It will be refunded the day of your departure, after checking the accommodation conditions. The billing of any damages will be added to the price of the stay as well as cleaning if the accommodation is not left in a perfect state of cleanliness (€ 50/accommodation).
3.3 Departure
Any return of the keys or release of the pitch after 10.00 will result in the billing of an additional night. Any extension of stay must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date.
3.4 Animals
Pets are allowed only in the camping area and in the glamping solutions. They are not allowed inside the bungalows and in the common areas, especially the restaurant and pool area.
3.5 Internal regulation
As required by law, you must comply with our internal regulations, deposited in the prefecture, posted at our reception and a copy of which will be delivered to you upon request. Available at the following link https://www.rocchette.com/en/regulations/
Article 4 - Responsibility
The Campsite declines all responsibility for damages to the camper-caravan equipment which may be caused by itself; Liability insurance for your equipment is mandatory.
