Residence Onda Blu

Camping Onda Blu extends over an area of approximately 15,000 m² in a peaceful and charming location directly on the lake, in the picturesque Gulf of Manerba on the western shore of Lake Garda. Surrounded by lush greenery and a rich variety of Mediterranean plants, the campsite is the ideal destination for those seeking a holiday in close contact with nature, without sacrificing comfort.

Guests have access to a modern sanitary block and a laundry facility equipped with two washing machines and a dryer, ensuring convenience throughout the stay. At the reception, our staff is happy to provide tourist information, book excursions, offer a daily postal service, rent bicycles and SUPs, and sell our locally produced extra virgin olive oil.

The campsite offers entertainment and relaxation for all ages: a playground for children, a ping-pong table, large green areas for leisure, and the opportunity to enjoy water activities thanks to a private boat slipway, mooring buoys, and internal parking for trailers and boats. For added peace of mind, a night security service is in operation.

For dining and relaxation by the lake, guests can enjoy several facilities:

The “La Vinessa” Restaurant Pizzeria, with its panoramic terrace and lake view, serves delicious and authentic cuisine, with a breakfast buffet, daily bread reservation, and a wide range of dishes and pizzas available for takeaway.
The “Plumeria” bar, located by the pool, is perfect for a refreshing break during the day, offering snacks, drinks, and ice creams.
The “Nasimi Beach” bar, located directly on the lakeside beach and open from May to September, is the ideal place to relax at sunset with a drink, enjoy a snack, or attend themed evenings with live music in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

🏡 RESORT ACCESS

Access to the resort is permitted only upon authorization by the Management and presentation of a valid identification document. Minors are allowed access only when accompanied by their parents, adult relatives, or other adults who assume full responsibility for them.

Accommodation assignments are made by the Management. Any request for a change of accommodation, extension, or modification of the stay may be accommodated only subject to availability at the time.

👥 VISITORS

Visitors, including those accompanied by registered guests, are permitted access only with prior authorization from the Management and upon payment of the applicable fee. The Management reserves the right to limit or refuse access to day visitors.

Hosting or accommodating unregistered persons within the accommodation is strictly prohibited, even if the maximum occupancy of the accommodation has not been reached.

🕒 CHECK-IN

Check-in is available from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM. Outside these hours, service may not be guaranteed unless prior notice has been given and confirmation has been received from the Management.

Upon arrival, all guests must present valid identification documents and provide a credit card as a guarantee. Guest names registered during check-in cannot be modified afterward.

⏰ EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT

Subject to accommodation availability, guests may request an early check-in for a surcharge equal to 30% of the daily accommodation rate.

A late check-out until 6:00 PM may also be requested, subject to availability, for a surcharge equal to 50% of the daily accommodation rate.

Guests wishing to continue using the resort facilities after check-out may do so only with prior authorization from the Management and upon payment of the applicable fee.

🛎️ RECEPTION

The reception desk is open daily from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

💶 TOURIST TAX

A tourist tax is applied in accordance with the regulations established by the local municipality. The tax must be paid directly at the property upon check-in by guests aged 15 years and over. The amount of the tax and any exemptions are determined by the competent local authority and may be subject to change.

🚗 PARKING AND VEHICLE TRAFFIC

Each accommodation unit includes one reserved parking space. Additional vehicles and those belonging to day visitors may be parked in designated areas upon payment of the applicable fee.

Within the resort, all drivers are required to maintain a moderate speed and comply with internal traffic signs to ensure the safety of persons and property.

🔇 QUIET HOURS

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, the following quiet hours must be observed:

• From 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• From 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM

During these periods, excessive noise, loud conversations, and any activities likely to disturb other guests are prohibited.

The Management informs guests that essential maintenance work on gardens and facilities may occasionally need to be carried out during the above-mentioned hours.

🐕 PETS

Pets are welcome provided they do not disturb other guests.

Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times within the resort. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their animals and for any damage caused to persons, animals, or property.

Pets are not permitted in the swimming pool area.

🏊 SWIMMING POOL

The swimming pool is reserved exclusively for resort guests and is open from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Guests are required to comply with the specific pool regulations displayed at the entrance to the pool area.

☕ BARS

The resort bars generally operate according to the following schedule:

• Plumeria Pool Bar: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Nasimi Beach Bar: 8:30 AM – 12:00 AM

Opening hours may vary depending on the season, weather conditions, or operational requirements.

🍕 LA VINESSA RESTAURANT

The restaurant generally operates according to the following schedule:

• Breakfast and bread service: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• Lunch, snacks, and dinner: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Opening hours may be modified without prior notice for operational reasons.

🌳 COMMON AREAS AND ENVIRONMENT

Recreational activities may be carried out in the designated areas, including the playground located below the swimming pool and the table tennis area.

Guests are kindly requested to respect the greenery, environment, hygiene, and cleanliness of the entire resort.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION

The resort operates a separate waste collection and recycling system.

Guests are required to use the recycling bins provided inside the accommodations and at the designated recycling area.

🔥 BARBECUE

The use of barbecues is permitted only with prior authorization from the Management and in compliance with all applicable safety regulations.

📶 WI-FI INTERNET

Wi-Fi access is free of charge and included in the stay. The Management cannot guarantee uninterrupted service in the event of technical failures, maintenance operations, or circumstances beyond its control.

🚤 BOATS AND MOORING BUOYS

Motorboats may enter the swimming area only by proceeding perpendicular to the shoreline and at a maximum speed of three knots.

It is prohibited to leave boats, inflatable boats, canoes, or other watercraft equipment on the beach.

Guests must comply with all regulations governing navigation on the lake.

Reserved mooring buoys must be paid for in full even in the event of non-use, partial use, or early departure.

🚪 DEPARTURE

Accommodation units must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

Guests are advised to settle their account on the day before departure.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delays in vacating the accommodation may result in additional charges.

Guests remain responsible for payment of the entire booked stay, including cases of late arrival or early departure.

Upon departure, the accommodation will be inspected. In the event of damage, missing items, excessive disorder, or failure to clean the kitchenette, the Management reserves the right to charge the related costs.

🔍 LOST PROPERTY AND LIABILITY

Items found after departure will be kept by the resort and, upon request, may be shipped to the guest at the guest's expense.

The Management accepts no liability for interruptions of services or inconveniences caused by technical failures, utility interruptions, weather events, natural disasters, health emergencies, force majeure, or circumstances attributable to third parties.

No discounts, refunds, or compensation will be granted for inconveniences arising from the circumstances described above.

The Management also declines any responsibility for theft, loss, or damage to property not expressly entrusted to its custody.

❌ BOOKING CANCELLATION

Any booking cancellation must be communicated in writing.

• At the time of booking, a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay amount is required.
• The deposit paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• For cancellations received up to 5 days before the arrival date, no additional penalties will apply.
• For cancellations received within 5 days prior to arrival, in the event of a No Show, late arrival or early departure, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged.
• Any request to modify the stay dates is subject to availability and may result in rate adjustments.
