1. Only one family can be booked per camping pitch, additional tents for visitors are not permitted!
2. The general terms and conditions of business come into force automatically upon receipt of our written booking confirmation (by post or e-mail).
3. Arrival and departure dates stated in the booking confirmation are binding.
4. The camping pitch is available from 2.30 p.m. on the day of arrival. Exceptions possible by arrangement. The reception is open from 2.30 pm.
5. Pitches that are not occupied one day after the start of the reservation and for which no agreement has been made on a later occupation can be used by the campsite management for other purposes.
6. You can withdraw from the contract at any time. In your own interest and to avoid misunderstandings, the withdrawal must be declared in writing.

⇒ If you cancel up to 30 days before the reservation date, the cancellation is free of charge. There is a processing fee of €20 per booking. ⇒ In case of cancellation from 30 days to the reservation date, 55% of the price will be charged as cancellation fees. ⇒ In case of cancellation from 7 days to the reservation date, 70% of the price will be charged as cancellation fees. ⇒ In case of cancellation from 1 day until the reservation date or on the same day of arrival or no-show, 100% of the price will be charged as cancellation fees.
7. We reserve the right to withhold the deposit fee in the event of no-show on the day of booking without reason. 8. Dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the campsite. Dogs are not allowed on playgrounds. Impurities must be removed immediately by the owner. 9. At regular intervals we carry out image and sound recordings at the campsite. If you do not want this, please let the photographer know. 10. Only air-permeable awning carpets are allowed – because the lawn must be able to breathe. 11. Vehicles with a maximum weight of 3.5 t are permitted – tandem axles are not permitted. 12. A binding booking is made with the booking confirmation 13. We are not liable for bad weather if it is not possible to arrive! The amount nevertheless remains due. 14. Without the deposit by the deadline, the places are not bindingly reserved.
