Campsite Pitches:

Booking a pitch involves signing a rental contract and paying a deposit of 30% of the price of your stay, including booking fees depending on the period booked. The balance of the stay must be paid on the day of your arrival at the campsite. 
Reserved days that are not used will be charged. 
Payment can be made by holiday vouchers, credit card, or cash order. Payment by cheque is not accepted. 
All bookings are personal and it is forbidden to sublet or transfer to a third party. 
The reservation is final once it has been confirmed in writing by us, to be presented upon your arrival. 
In case of delay and without any news from you more than 24 hours after the planned arrival date, the campsite management reserves the right to reassign the pitch; amounts paid will be retained.

No refund or discount will be granted in the event of early departure or late arrival, for any reason. 
Pitches are available from 4:00 PM and must be vacated before 12:00 PM on the scheduled days. Maximum 6 people and 1 vehicle per pitch. 

Swim shorts, burkinis, and full-body swimsuits are prohibited in the swimming pool. 
Visitors are welcome but must check in at the reception before entering the campsite and leave their vehicle at the entrance; they are the responsibility of the campers receiving them and must pay the current visitor fee.

Rentals:

Booking a rental (mobile home, chalet) involves signing a rental agreement and paying a deposit of 30% of the price of your stay, including €15 booking fees. 
The balance of your stay must be paid no later than 1 month before your arrival at the campsite (the stay will be canceled if payment is not received by the due date). Reserved days that are not occupied will be charged. 
Payment can be made by credit card, holiday vouchers, or cash mandate. Payment by check is not allowed. 
For all stays of less than 3 nights, the balance will be charged at the time of booking. 
All bookings are personal and non-transferable; subletting or transferring to a third party is prohibited. 
The booking is confirmed once you receive an email confirmation from us. 
Any changes to the contract must be notified at least 6 weeks before your arrival.
All rentals are arranged for a number of people corresponding to the number of beds (as indicated in the description). 
The mobile homes are designed to accommodate 1 to 6 people according to the description; each additional person will incur an extra charge of 10 euros per night with prior approval from management. 
No refund or reduction will be granted in case of early departure or late arrival, regardless of the reason. 
During the low season, rentals can be made by the week or by the night (see current rates); arrivals from 4:00 PM and departures until 10:00 AM. 
During the high season, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday starting at 4:00 PM and the departures until 10:00 AM on the scheduled days.
No installation will be accepted on the rented spot without prior approval from management. 
In case of a delay and without any news from you more than 24 hours after the scheduled arrival date, the campsite management reserves the right to reallocate the rental; the amounts paid will be retained. 
A security deposit of €475 (accommodation deposit) will be required upon your arrival (by bank card imprint or cash only; checks are not accepted). The keys will only be handed over on this condition. The security deposit should not be considered by the tenant(s) as part of the rent. It is intended to cover any damage caused by the tenant(s). If the amount of the loss exceeds the deposit, the tenant(s) agree(s) to pay for the damages. The owner, for their part, agrees to justify the amount needed to restore the property. In case of non-amicable settlement, an assessment will be made and the court will be involved. The competent court is the District Court of the location of the rental. 
An additional security deposit of €75 to cover potential cleaning costs. 
The deposit and security payments will be returned no later than 48 hours after the checkout inspection conducted by a member of the camping.

Upon your arrival, you will carry out your own inventory of fixtures to be submitted to reception on the same day.

Animals of the 1st and 2nd categories are prohibited. Only dogs and cats (under 10kg) that are leashed, tattooed, and vaccinated (including rabies) are allowed, limited to one per mobile home (vaccination booklet to be presented) at the current rate. 

Any arrival with an unannounced pet over 10kg or of the 1st or 2nd category will be refused, and the stay canceled without any financial compensation.

Swim trunks, burkinis, and full-body swimsuits are prohibited in the pool.

All cancellations must be notified to us by mail, with the cancellation date being that of the postmark. 
The following amounts will be retained: 
- Reservation fees for a cancellation made 60 days or more before the scheduled arrival date. 
- Reservation fees as well as a 30% deposit (as compensation for contract termination) for cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before the scheduled arrival date. 
- The total cost of your stay will be retained for cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. 

Visitors are welcome but must register at the reception before entering the campsite and leave their vehicle at the entrance. They are under the responsibility of the campers who receive them and must pay the current visitor fee.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE CAMPING SITE'S RULES, AFTER WARNING, WILL RESULT IN EJECTION WITHOUT REFUND OF THE STAY AMOUNT.
It is your responsibility to take out liability insurance, as well as insurance for your equipment, tent, or caravan, as Camping L'Emeraude du Verdon is not responsible in case of theft, loss, or damage of any kind, during or as a result of your stay.
Any potential disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the Draguignan District Court.
