Liked: I liked the size of the pitch for our motorhome. The toilet blocks were clean as was the dishwashing area. The staff were very helpful and friendly including the cleaning and maintenance staff. Two supermarkets were in walking distance as well as a patisserie and boulangerie. There was also a free shuttle bus to the marina and beach.

Could be better: I don’t think there is anything that needs improving.?

INTERNAL REGULATIONS
Admission Requirements
To be admitted to enter, set up camp, and stay on the campsite, you must have the authorization of the manager or their representative. They are obligated to ensure the proper upkeep and order of the campsite, as well as compliance with these regulations and a commitment to comply with them.
Police Formalities
Anyone planning to stay at least one night on the campsite must first present their ID to the manager or their representative and complete the formalities required by the police. Minors unaccompanied by their parents will not be admitted.
Installation
The tent or caravan and its associated equipment must be set up on the designated site in accordance with the instructions given by the manager or their representative.
Reception Office
At the reception office, you will find all information on the campsite's services, information on food and drink options, sports facilities, tourist attractions in the surrounding area, and various useful addresses. Reception opening hours are posted at the entrance.
Fees – Tourist Tax – Eco-Participation
Fees are paid at the reception desk. Their amount is posted at the campsite entrance and at the reception desk. They are due based on the number of nights spent on the campsite. Campsite users must notify the reception desk of their departure no later than the day before.
Campers and mobile home renters intending to leave before reception office opening hours must pay their fees the day before if payment has not been received upon arrival. The mobile home key and campsite access card must be left at reception upon departure
Any stay made after 01/01/2025 will incur an eco-contribution for household waste of 0.50 cents per person per night.
Deposit
A deposit of between €200 and €400 (depending on the type of rental) will be requested by email via Swikly, by credit card, or in cash upon arrival (checks will not be accepted).
Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant; another deposit of €80 will be required for this purpose.
Deposits will be released during the following week after the condition of the mobile home has been checked and the tenant has cleaned the property.
Mobile Homes
For safety reasons, frying is strictly prohibited in mobile homes due to the risk of fire. Out of respect for everyone, smoking is also strictly prohibited in the mobile home.
Quiet
Campsite users must avoid any noise or conversations that could disturb their neighbours. Sound systems must be adjusted accordingly. Door and trunk closings must be as discreet as possible. There must be complete silence between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m.
Pets
Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and only in certain mobile homes. They must not be left free, or even locked up, on the campsite or in a mobile home without their owners, who are legally responsible for them. Category 1 and 2 dogs are prohibited. An up-to-date vaccination record is mandatory and must be presented at reception. Duvet covers are required in rental accommodations if a dog is present. A vacuum cleaner is available at reception. The manager may charge an additional cleaning fee.
Visitors
After authorization by the manager or their legal representative, visitors are allowed into the campsite under the responsibility of the campers who host them. The camper may host one or more visitors at reception. If these visitors are allowed into the campsite, the camper hosting them is required to pay a fee, provided the visitor has access to the campsite. Visitors are prohibited from using the swimming pool and showers. This fee is posted at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception desk. Visitors' cars are prohibited from entering the campsite.
Vehicle Traffic and Parking
Within the campsite, vehicles must travel at a speed limit of 10 km/h. Traffic is prohibited between 11 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. Only vehicles belonging to campers staying there may drive on the campsite. Parking must not obstruct traffic or prevent new arrivals from settling in. Vehicles must be parked exclusively on the rental site or must have received permission from the manager to park outside the site. Electric scooters, bicycles, or other motorized vehicles are prohibited in the sanitary block and the swimming pool, under penalty of immediate exclusion from the campsite.
Electric car
Due to the risk of fire and the amperage draw of mobile homes, it is strictly forbidden to plug electric vehicles into mobile homes or campsite outlets.
Charging stations are available near the campsite (more information at reception). In the event that a vehicle is charged, as noted by the manager, a charging fee of €80 will be applied, payable by the camper/tenant.
Maintenance and Appearance of Facilities
Everyone is required to maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and appearance of the campsite and its facilities, particularly the toilets. It is forbidden to dispose of wastewater on the ground or in the gutters. Caravaners must empty their wastewater into the designated facilities. Household waste, waste of any kind, and paper must be placed in the designated bins, and waste sorting is mandatory. The manager reserves the right to apply a surcharge for non-sorting waste (€30 flat rate), just as they are penalized for unsorted waste. Washing is strictly prohibited outside of the designated bins. Laundry must be hung on individual drying racks, as discreet as possible and as not to disturb neighbours. It must never be done from trees. Planting and floral decorations must be respected. Campers are prohibited from driving nails into trees, cutting branches, or planting anything. It is also forbidden to mark out the location of a campsite using personal means or to dig the ground. Any damage caused to vegetation, fences, grounds, or campsite facilities will be the responsibility of the perpetrator. The pitch or mobile home used during the stay must be maintained in the condition in which the camper found it upon entering the campsite.
Posting
These internal regulations are posted at the campsite entrance and at the reception desk. They are provided to guests upon request.

SAFETY

Fire
Open fires (wood, coal, etc.) and the use of charcoal barbecues are strictly prohibited (gas grills are permitted).
Stoves must be kept in good working order and not used in dangerous conditions. In case of fire, notify Management immediately.
Fire extinguishers are available for use if necessary. A first aid kit is located at the reception desk.
Theft
Management is responsible for items left at the reception desk and has a general obligation to monitor the campsite.
Campers are responsible for their own belongings and their own equipment and must report the presence of any suspicious persons to the manager. Although security is provided, campsite users are encouraged to take the usual precautions to safeguard their equipment.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is accessible from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. For hygiene reasons, only swimsuits are permitted (underpants, shorts, Bermuda shorts, bodysuits, wetsuits, pants, and similar items are prohibited). Children must be under the supervision of an adult present within the pool area. Diving is prohibited for safety reasons due to the depth of the pool. Any behaviour that disturbs the peace and quiet of other pool users is prohibited, subject to immediate expulsion.
Games
Noisy, violent, or disruptive games may be organized within the campsite. Children must always remain under parental supervision.
Carport
No unoccupied equipment may be left on the grounds.

In the event that a resident disrupts the stay of other users or fails to comply with the provisions of these internal regulations, the manager or their representative may, orally or in writing if deemed necessary, formally notify the resident to cease the disturbance. In the event of a serious or repeated violation of the internal regulations, and after formal notice from the manager to comply, the manager may terminate the contract.
In the event of a criminal violation, the manager may call upon law enforcement. Maj 19/03/2025
