Camping Les Flots de l'Océan

With 10km of Sables d’ Olonne and 5km of the center of Talmont St Hilaire, we accomodate you for holidays calm and resting in a family atmosphere. With 300m of the sea (rock split) and with 500m of the splendid fine sand beach, supervised and accessible by a footpath, you will benefit bottom from the benefits from the ocean.

General Conditions of Rental

The campsite accepts reservations for pitches and accommodation under the following conditions:

OUR RATES they include : Rental of the pitch or accommodation (for the number of people indicated, a baby counting as one person). Access to the playground, swimming pool, common sanitary facilities and animations.

They do not include : the tourist tax, the file fees, the cancellation insurance, the cleaning at the end of the stay.

Our prices are inclusive of VAT at 10%. Any change in the VAT rate between the time the rates were determined and the billing, will result in a change related to the price including VAT.

RESERVATION

All reservations are nominative. It is forbidden to sublet or transfer to a third party. In case of inaccurate declaration, the contract will be terminated by right and the sums paid will be retained by the campsite.

* The reservation will be final upon receipt of the contract signed and accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the amount of the stay. A confirmation will then be sent to you by mail or e-mail.

* The balance of the stay must be paid on your arrival or at the latest the day before your departure for a bare pitch, and 30 days before your arrival for a rental accommodation. The absence of payment of this balance within the deadlines provided below, will result in the cancellation of the reservation, and the deposit paid will remain the property of the campsite.

* If you book less than 30 days before your arrival, the stay must be paid in full at the time of booking.

* INFO : Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians otherwise they will not be admitted.

LATE ARRIVAL / EARLY DEPARTURE

The manager of the campsite must be notified in writing (email or mail) of any delay in your arrival, in order to keep your rental site or accommodation. Without news from you 24 hours after the date of arrival, it reserves the right to dispose of the site.

No refund in the case of a late arrival or an early departure, if you have not subscribed to the cancellation insurance, the payment of the totality of the stay is due in full to the campsite.

In all cases, the booking fees will be kept by the campsite.

CANCELLATION / CANCELLATION INSURANCE

Any cancellation or interruption of stay before the date of arrival will not give rise to a refund whatever the reason. The subscription to a cancellation insurance of 3.50% of the cost of the stay (excluding booking fees) which is optional is highly recommended. It guarantees all cancellations that are not your fault:

Refund of the sums paid in case of cancellation or modification of the date of stay for a guaranteed reason. Reimbursement of the paid and unused fees in case of interruption of stay. Its amount is payable in full and only at the time of booking. (See the general conditions on our website)

DEPOSITS FOR RENTALS

A deposit of 200 € will be required on the day of your arrival, and 95 € for the cleaning fee,as a guarantee that the accommodation will be returned in good condition, as well as an additional deposit of 95€ or 65€ as a guarantee that the accommodation will be returned in perfect condition. A control of the accommodation is carried out before each arrival by the personnel of the Camp-site. On your arrival, we will give you a control form to fill in and return to the reception within 24 hours. On the day of your departure, we ask you to respect the instructions (clean the house, defrost and clean the refrigerator, clean and wipe the dishes...). A control will be carried out after your departure and the deposits will be restored to you by mail within 8 days (thank you to leave a stamped envelope) or destroyed according to your agreement. The cleaning deposit may be kept by the campsite if the accommodation is not returned in a perfect state of cleanliness.

ANIMALS

Animals are allowed on the bare pitches, and not allowed in our rental accommodations, for a fee (see on our website). Only one animal (dog) is allowed per pitch, provided it is specified at the time of booking and after acceptance by the campsite management.

The vaccination certificate must be up to date and must be presented at the reception desk upon arrival. The animal must be kept on a leash. Dogs of 1st and 2nd category are forbidden in the campsite. Dogs of defense excluded.

SWIMMING POOL

Children must be accompanied by an adult. The swimming pool is exclusively reserved for our customers. Access is forbidden to visitors.

Bathing suits are not allowed. For reasons of hygiene and safetyn, only clothing suitable exclusively for swimming, fitted and short, is accepted : swimsuit and swim briefs.

BARBECUE

Only gas and electric barbecues are allowed. The campsite offers you the possibility to rent them (prices are displayed at the reception).

LIABILITY

Civil liability insurance is compulsory for the tenant. Beyond its legal responsibility, the campsite cannot be held responsible for theft, loss or damage suffered during their stay.

Bare pitch, arrival from 2 pm, departure before 12 am

° Rental accommodation :

............. Short stay : arrival from 16 H....... departure before 10 H (possibility of departure until 18 H in agreement with the direction without supplement).

.............. : Arrival from 4 pm............. departure before 10 am

Electric or hybrid vehicles :

For your safety, it is strictly forbidden to recharge the battery of an electric or hybrid vehicle by plugging it into the electrical outlet of an accommodation

MEDIATOR

In accordance with the provisions of the consumer code concerning the process of mediation of the litigations of my consumption the customer has the right to have recourse free of charge to the mediation service proposed by the FLOTS DE L'OCEAN campsite. The consumer law mediator thus proposed is CM2C. This mediation service can be reached by:

IMAGE RIGHTS

You expressly authorize the Flots de l'Océan campsite to use, without compensation, photographs and/or videos that may be taken during your stay, as well as their distribution and publication on any type of media used for the communication needs of the campsite. Any holidaymaker refusing to be photographed or filmed during his stay must make a prior written request to the Saint-Hubert campsite before your arrival at the campsite.

We may have to photograph you and your family for the advertising needs of our campsite. If you do not wish it, you will have to specify it to us by mail before your arrival.
