Or one of our 1, 2 and 3-bedroom mobile homes for up to 6 people if you prefer that extra comfort. Our campsite offers a range of activities and the very best facilities: a heated pool, a play area, evening entertainment, bike hire, a snack bar, a laundry room... The sandy beach, situated 700 metres from the campsite, can be reached via the cycle path just outside the campsite entrance.

There's plenty to explore in the Vendée: Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, les Sables d'Olonne, the islands of Noirmoutier and Yeu... Not forgetting the Puy du Fou theme park where you can enjoy a fabulous family day out.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS

A stay is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.t contract is valid for a period of 15 days from its reception.

After this period, the reservation will be cancelled.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

A stay is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit is reimbursed and only the booking fee remains due.

In case of cancellation between 30 days and 15 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit is refunded minus the booking fees.

In case of cancellation from 15 days to the day of arrival, the deposit remains due to the operator.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS

All rentals are nominative and cannot be transferred under any circumstances.

Any rental contract not accompanied by the payment of the deposit will be null and void. In the same way, any payment of deposit not accompanied by the present contract duly signed would not ensure the hiring.

Validity of the contract : 15 days, no answer after this period cancels the contract.

The date of arrival is the one mentioned in this contract. Any modification of the arrival date must be notified.

Otherwise, the accommodation becomes available 40 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the present rental contract (the day after noon) and the deposit paid will remain the property of the operator.

The amount of the stay is payable in full 15 days before the arrival of the customer. No reduction will be granted for late arrival or early departure.

A deposit of 300 euros will be paid by the customer on the day of arrival (200 € for the K'Bane).

This deposit will be returned to the client only after an inventory has been made on the day of departure and after the conformity and cleanliness of the premises has been checked.

Failing this, a deduction will be made for the cost of restoring the premises and the value of any missing or damaged equipment.

Cleaning fee : 60 euros. (80 euros in 2023)

The client agrees to respect the campsite rules and regulations.
