At our ideal location with direct beach access, our campsite is the perfect place for a quiet holiday with quality facilities and amenities: an indoor heated pool, playground for children, bar, restaurant, snack bar, convenience store, kids’ club, bike rental and more. Modern, fully equipped, contemporary-style mobile homes, new sofas and curtains and bungalows that guarantee comfort and an easy holiday.

ART. 1 - GENERAL PROVISIONS
The management is the sole judge of accepting or refusing a booking request without providing any explanation. Under no circumstances may the tenant claim any right to remain on the premises after the initial period stipulated in this contract. It is expressly forbidden to establish a domicile at the leased premises, to make it a primary residence, or to carry out a professional activity there. A confirmed booking may be cancelled by management at any time. Any malicious, insulting, aggressive behavior, as well as any act of discrimination, blackmail, lying, or harassment towards other customers or towards the management and employees of the campsite, is strictly prohibited and will result in the cancellation of the stay and eviction.

ART. 2 - USE OF THE PREMISES
The tenant shall enjoy the rental or pitch in a peaceful manner and make good use of it. They are required to respect the internal rules of Camping Club Mahana By La Pège (available at reception). Upon departure, the tenant agrees to return the rental or pitch as clean as they found it on arrival. The rental may not, under any circumstances, benefit third parties. The establishment will provide a rental consistent with the description provided and will maintain it in good working order. This rental is granted and accepted for the duration indicated in the contract.

Arrivals: From 4:00 PM (Rentals) / 2:00 PM (Pitches).
Departures: Before 10:00 AM (Rentals) / 12:00 PM (Pitches). No rental will be handed over before the specified times. No additional installations (tents, etc.) are accepted next to rental units. The tenant agrees to make an appointment for a rental inspection at the campsite reception at least 48 hours before the day of departure.
ART. 3 - SECURITY DEPOSIT
For Rentals: A deposit of €500 is required, covering the security deposit for the unit and the cleaning fee. A secure link will be sent before your arrival for a digital deposit. The deposit will be returned within 24 hours of departure. In case of loss or damage, the cost of restoration will be deducted, and the remaining deposit returned within a maximum of 1 month.
For Pitches: A deposit of €100 via bank imprint is required before arrival for cleanliness and potential nocturnal noise disturbances. Bank checks are not accepted.
ART. 4 - NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS
The pitch or rental (depending on the model) is designed for a maximum of 6 people and one car. This capacity cannot be exceeded without prior written agreement. Visitors must be announced at reception, leave an ID, and are the responsibility of the tenant. Access to the pool is strictly forbidden for visitors. They must pay the visitor fee and park in the campsite parking lot.

ART. 5 – ANIMALS
Only one animal (dog or cat) is allowed per pitch. Dangerous dogs (Category 1 and 2) are automatically refused. An up-to-date vaccination record must be presented upon arrival. Animals must be kept on a leash. They must never be left alone in cars, mobile homes, or tents. Failure to declare an animal is grounds for immediate eviction without refund.

ART. 6 - INVENTORY AND CONDITION REPORT
An inventory will be conducted at the beginning and end of the stay. Rentals include kitchen equipment and bedding (pillows/duvets), but exclude sheets and household linen. The tenant must report any anomalies on the day of arrival or the following morning at the latest. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant; if the unit is not returned perfectly clean, a €90 cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit.

ART. 7 – PAYMENT
A booking is only effective after management approval and receipt of the signed contract + 30% deposit + booking fees (€22 for rentals / €16 for pitches).

Balance payment: 10 days before arrival in low season / 30 days before arrival in high season (July/August).
Late bookings: If booked less than a month before arrival, total payment is required immediately.
Accepted methods: Credit card, Cash, ANCV / ANCV Connect holiday vouchers. Booking fees are non-refundable.
ART. 8 - BOOKING AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Mobile-home stays: Minimum 2 nights in low season; 7 nights (Sat-to-Sat or Wed-to-Wed) in July/August.
Minors: Unaccompanied minors are not accepted.
Cancellation: If deadlines (10 or 30 days) are not respected, all sums paid remain with the campsite. If the campsite cancels (except for force majeure), a full refund will be issued, but no additional damages will be paid.
ART. 9 – CANCELLATION GUARANTEE
Optional insurance (5% of stay cost, min. €10) must be taken at the time of booking. Without this insurance, no refund will be issued. Cancellations must be notified by registered letter with proof within 3 days of the event.

ART. 10 & 11 – INSURANCE AND LIABILITY
The tenant must have "villégiature" (holiday) extension on their home insurance. The campsite is not responsible for oral promises made by staff unless confirmed in writing by management.

ART. 12 & 13 – IMAGE RIGHTS AND SWIMMING POOL
Image Rights: By staying, you authorize the campsite to use your image for promotional purposes (website, social media) unless you opt-out in writing upon arrival.
Pool: Reserved for campers only. Open April-Sept (10 AM - 8 PM). Unsupervised; children must be with a parent. Swim trunks/Speedos only; shorts/t-shirts/wetsuits are prohibited. Wristbands are mandatory.
ART. 14 to 19 – SITE RULES
Theft: The campsite is not responsible for theft or damage to personal items.
Hygiene: Do not throw polluted water at trees. Return the pitch clean (no cigarette butts/trash).
Traffic: Speed limit 5 km/h. Silence required between Midnight and 8:00 AM.
Barbecues: GAS ONLY. Charcoal, wood, and electric grills are strictly prohibited.
ART. 20 – MEDIATION AND SECURITY
The establishment is under video surveillance. In case of a dispute, customers may contact the mediator: MCP (Médiation de la Consommation et Patrimoine) at www.mcpmediation.org.
