Conditions of rental and reservation to be returned signed

General conditions: the tenant, signatory of this contract concluded for a fixed period, can in no case claim any right to maintain the premises at the end of the stay. Furthermore, he unconditionally accepts all the provisions of this contract.
The lessor reserves the right to refuse additional people if the number of tenants exceeds the accommodation capacity of the rented property, indicated in the contract.
Only one vehicle is authorized on rental pitches. Free parking is available at the campsite entrance for additional vehicles.

Booking conditions and terms of payment: You can make a reservation directly on our website campingduperchebellemois.com or make a request by email or telephone.
A 50% deposit is required upon booking.
The customer experience is our priority, so that your vacation can start as soon as you arrive and avoid waiting, the balance of the stay is to be paid 30 days before your date of stay.

Your stay: Arrivals at accommodation are from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., departures before 10 a.m. for weekly rentals, and before 4 p.m. for weekend rentals. For bare pitches, arrivals are from 2 p.m., departures before 12 p.m.
Duvets and pillows are provided in each rental: you must cover them with pillowcases, duvet covers and fitted sheets. Duvets are prohibited.
To lighten your suitcases, sheet kits are on sale at reception for €8 for single beds and €10 for double beds.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the rentals.
The end of stay cleaning option is possible, at the price of 80€.

Security deposit, inventory, inventory, occupancy: The equipment of each mobile home is subject to an inventory, given on arrival. You are required to check it and report any anomalies within 2 hours of your arrival. No complaints will be admissible after this time.
A deposit of €300 is requested 10 days before your arrival, and must be made online via our partner SWIKLY. This deposit is a simple card imprint and is therefore not debited from your account.
Your accommodation will have to be restored when you leave as well as in the surroundings, missing or broken objects will not have to be replaced by you (Our crockery kits are not mismatched).
The campsite reserves the right to charge cleaning fees (€80 or more) and missing or broken items to your security deposit.
Reservation, cancellation by you: the reservation is registered upon receipt by the campsite of the copy of this contract, dated, signed and accompanied by the deposit. Cancellation insurance (Campecouvert) is recommended as an option, it is 3.20% of the rental price, to be taken out at the time of booking.
In the event of a cancellation by the campsite, the sums paid will be immediately refunded to you.
COVID 19: in the event of confinement on the dates of your stay, the sums paid will be refunded to you.

Insurance - liability: the tenant is responsible for all damages arising from his fault. As a result, he undertakes to have civil liability in the event of a disaster (fire, water damage, etc.).
The lessor undertakes to insure the accommodation against rental risks on behalf of the tenant, the latter having the obligation to notify him, within the hour, of any incident occurring in the mobile home, its outbuildings or accessories.
The tenant is also responsible for all property placed in his custody. Consequently, the responsibility of the campsite cannot be sought in the event of theft, loss or damage of any kind whatsoever to the said goods.
