Beautiful place
Liked: Well maintained site with shop stocking essentials and a few gifts, bar resteraunt serving meals and pizza, heated pool. Some pitches have own shower and WC, we stayed on a seaview pitch, pitch was a good size and fairly level. Grounds very well maintained, facilities top quality and clean. Short walk along the coast to the village of Préfailles. Beach right outside site and also at Préfailles. Short drive to the beautiful harbour town of Pornic. Seaview pitches have a table.
Could be better: Hedge in front of our pitch was just a bit too tall to enjoy the seaview when sat down.

Tranquil Stay
Liked: Loved stopping here, we had a sea view pitch and it was sheltered from the sun most of the day, keeping the motorhome cool but then in the late afternoon we had the sun until sunset. Cafe and bar area is nice, food very good and a good price and the staff were all wonderful and helpful. Toilets were clean and tidy. It's an easy walk to the village of Prefailles down the coast where there are a few shops, a small supermarket, a large gift shop and a few bars and 2 bakers. On Saturday morning there is a super little market with lots of fresh veg etc and fish stalls as well as other items. Superb

BOOKING A PITCH OR RENTAL:
To register the booking, the guest must return the booking form and pay 25% of the total amount + optional cancellation insurance. The booking becomes effective only after the deposit is received and a signed confirmation letter is sent by the campsite manager.
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
Our prices include: the rental, one parking space for one vehicle (extra vehicles must be paid), gas, water and electricity.
One pet (dog, except category 1 and 2, max 10 kg) is allowed in rentals (Solo, Duo and Classic), with an extra fee (€5/day). Basic hygiene rules must be respected. The animal must never be left alone in or near the accommodation and must be kept on a leash, tattooed/chipped and vaccinated. The vaccination record is mandatory.
Upon receipt of the completed booking request and the deposit, a confirmation will be sent, along with a duplicate of the booking request, which becomes the contract, only depending on accommodation or pitch availability.
The balance of the rental must be paid 4 weeks before arrival.
For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, only credit card payments are accepted.
Once the payment is completed, you will receive the paid invoice.
Holiday vouchers are accepted (processing fee €35).
Prices include all taxes with VAT at 10%, except for the tourist tax (in 2026: €0.66 per person aged 18+).
MODIFICATIONS:
Any change to the original contract (duration, identity, number of occupants, etc.) will cancel the booking.
Incorrect information leads to automatic termination without refund.
PITCH RENTAL:
Rates per night, from 3 p.m. to 11 a.m. (July/August: Sunday to Sunday, 7 nights min.).
Any pitch not vacated by 11 a.m. will be charged an extra night. Max 6 persons per pitch.
A deposit by credit card imprint is required. Balance for advance bookings is due 30 days before arrival.
Bring an extension cord and European plug.
MOBILE HOME RENTAL:
Minimum 2 nights in low season; weekly in July/August. Arrival 4 p.m., departure 10 a.m.
A €200 deposit via Swikly is required before arrival. Check-in is done by the customer on the Swikly app. The deposit is released within 15 days after departure, after our staff completes the check-out inspection. Deposit = credit card imprint, not charged. Tents are not allowed on rental plots.
Bring your own sheets and pillowcases.
Air-conditioning added during the stay is billed from the original booking period.
Maximum capacity must not be exceeded. Any gathering beyond capacity leads to immediate expulsion without refund.
VEHICLES:
One vehicle per pitch. Extra vehicles must park outside.
Electric vehicles may not be charged from accommodation or pitch outlets.
VISITORS:
Allowed with reception approval. Must leave before 9 p.m.
Access to toilets and playgrounds (not pools).
Visitor fee: €3. Vehicles must stay outside.
CLEANING:
Cleaning is the guest’s responsibility. If not properly cleaned: €90–€110 depending on rental type. Excessive stains: €15 per blanket/protector.
LATE ARRIVAL / NO-SHOW:
After 48h without news, the rental may be re-let and payments kept.
Early departure or late arrival: no refund.
CANCELLATION & INTERRUPTION:
Optional insurance: 4% of the stay (min. €25).
Refund in case of insured reasons.
Must be subscribed at booking.
Without insurance:
– Cancellation < 30 days: full balance due, no refund.
– Cancellation > 30 days: deposit kept.
If the campsite cancels (except force majeure), full refund.
CAMPSITE LIABILITY:
Not responsible for theft, loss, damage, equipment breakdowns. Guests should check their home insurance for "holiday extension". Children must be supervised.
POOL:
Swim briefs only (no shorts). Wristband required.
No access for visitors.
Zen pool: 18+ only.
IMAGE RIGHTS:
You authorize the campsite to use photos of you/your children for advertising. You may request access, modification or deletion.
WRISTBAND:
Mandatory during the whole stay.
PITCH SELECTION OPTION:

Without the option, no guarantee for special requests.
BARBECUES:
