In the South of France, located on the edge of Quercy, Albigeois and Rouergue , our famiy campsite *** le Clos La Lère welcomes you to our 55 pitches, , 7 chalets and 8 mobile homes. TERMS AND CONDITIONS


During the full season weekly holiday rentals start on Saturdays.

The booking of the holiday rental cannot be validated without the payment of the deposit (30%). The balance of the holiday rental's cost must be paid 30 days before the date of arrival.
In low season a supplement of 0,23 €/kW is required for the electric heating.

The tourist tax is applicable from 01/01 to 31/12 for each person over 18 years and per day. Cost: 0.65 €. The tourist tax is to be paid at the campsite.
The number of people occupying the rental must not exceed the capacity of the accommodation.

Two security deposits will be requested upon arrival of the tenant:
- 300 € in case of damage or loss of material
- and 75 € for cleaning in case of not leaving the rented accommodation clean at your departure.
It is agreed that an inventory of the rented premises will take place when the holidaymaker enters the rental accommodation and at his departure. Any loss or damage will be compensated.
The rental accommodation must be returned clean under penalty of non-return of the cleaning-deposit.

In case of cancellation of the rental accommodation by the user, the deposit remains acquired and the total amount of the rental remains due to the owner unless a new tenant is found for the same period. No refunds will be made for any cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date.

With the assurance company Gritchen,
a cancellation insurance is proposed but not obligatory (see conditions).

A small animal weighing less than 10 kg can be accepted with supplement.

The validation of the purchase order and the terms and conditions act as a contract.
