TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Camping Les Cerisiers
LATE ARRIVAL: Unless a telephone message explaining the late arrival has been received, the accommodation will become available 24 hours after the arrival date stated in the rental agreement. The deposit paid will be retained by the operator.
CANCELLATION AND FLEX OPTION: Without subscribing to the Flex option, no refund will be issued in the event of cancellation.
The Flex option, offered at a rate of 10% of the total cost of the stay (minimum €10), must be purchased at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation, it allows the customer to obtain a refund of the deposit paid, or to change the dates of the stay within one year, subject to availability. Any change may result in a price adjustment depending on the requested period.
PAYMENT FOR THE STAY: The full cost of the stay must be paid on the day of arrival. No reduction will be granted for late arrival or early departure.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit of €200 must be paid by the customer on the day of arrival. It will only be returned after an inventory has been carried out on the day of departure and after confirming that the rental accommodation is in the same condition as on the day of arrival. If the accommodation does not meet these conditions, deductions will be made for the costs of restoring the premises and for the value of any missing or damaged equipment.
LIABILITY: The owner declines all liability in respect of theft, fire, water damage, civil liability and third-party claims. It is therefore the customer's responsibility to obtain insurance coverage from their insurer for the risks listed above.
RATES: The rates applicable are those for the 2027 season. Tourist tax is payable in addition. The customer declares that they have read and understood these rates.
BOOKING: The rental booking only becomes effective once the deposit and administration fees have been received, payable to Camping Les Cerisiers, 48 320 Ispagnac, and the booking has been approved by the owner.
2. HOTEL LE VALLON
LATE ARRIVAL: Unless a telephone message explaining the late arrival has been received, the accommodation will become available 24 hours after the arrival date stated on the booking confirmation. The deposit paid will be retained by the operator.
BOOKING: The room booking only becomes effective once the deposit has been received (administration fees are waived), payable to Hôtel du Vallon, 48 320 Ispagnac, and the booking has been approved by the owner.
