TERMS

Reservation
The contract is personal and can not be transferred. Any assignment which would find the hidden direction would be penalized by an immediate exclusion of the resident.
It is advisable to book your place or your rental in advance. Seats are allocated according to availability, on the order of registration of reservations.
The lease becomes effective only with our agreement and receipt of payment of the advance payment on the amount of the stay. It will be confirmed by the lease agreement is in double copies.
Locations
Pitches are available from noon (and no later than 19 hours) and must be released before noon. Off season, these conditions can be discussed. Reception closed between 13:30 and 15h.
The number of people can not be greater than 6. The site reserves the right to deny access to families or groups presenting with a higher number of people.
The balance will be settled the day before your departure.
You are required to notify the reception of your departure the day before.
Accommodation
The rental period runs from Saturday to Saturday. Arrivals are between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., departures between 8:00 and 10:00. Off season, these conditions can be discussed.
The number of people can not exceed that specified for the sexected type of rental (3 to 5 persons depending on the type). The site reserves the right to deny access to families or groups presenting with a number of people exceeding the capacity of accommodation.
The remaining balance is payable in full on arrival. No discount will be given in case of late arrival or early departure.
A deposit of 150 € (deposit damage) is required on arrival. If no discrepancy, breakage or loss was recorded during the inventory of departure, it will be returned.
The rental must be left clean and tidy. A deposit of 45 € (cleaning) will be required the day of arrival. It will be refunded upon departure, after verification of the rental. If desired, cleaning can be done by us against an amount of 45 €.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be notified in writing. For cancellations received more than 60 days before the date of your arrival, the deposit is refunded except the reservation fee. From 60-30 days, the deposit is not refunded. Less than 30 days before the start date of your stay, the deposit is not refunded and the remaining balance is due. We recommend you take out cancellation insurance.
Rules
All residents are subject to the campsite rules posted at the entrance and is available on request. It covers safety, hygiene, animals, responsibilities, noise (silence between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00), traffic, parking, speed (10 km / h). Management is not responsible for lost or stolen at camp. However, it has a general obligation to monitor the field. Residents remain responsible for their installation (closing doors and windows during their absence).
Pets
The animals (two maximum per site and only 1 per unit - pets allowed in the cottage) are welcome, provided they are vaccinated (presentation of vaccination upon arrival), and tattoo leash. Their droppings must be picked up by their owners. Access to all buildings on site (bar, health, groceries, etc..) Is prohibited.
Visitors
All visitors must be reported to the reception. The vehicle must remain on the parking lot. They are allowed under the responsibility of the resident who receives them. The latter may be required to pay a royalty to the extent that visitors have access to benefits and / or facilities of the campground.
