The campsite in the Lot Moulin du Bel Air is a peaceful campsite. In a natural setting, this 3 stars campsite offers you large camping and caravanning pitches. All these camping pitches have electricity (16A). They are very spacious to keep your intimacy. Dependeing your preferences, you can choose shady, half-shady or sunny pitches. These pitches are flat and grassy. They can welcome caravans, tents or motorcaravans. It is to park on it, even if you have a large vehicule. On the campsite, you’ll find 2 sanitation blocks with showers and WC.

Campsite Moulin du Bel-Air is situated in Saint-Germain-du-Bel-Air, in the heart of the Lot and Quercy region. The campsite has a perfect situation as it is just between Lot and Dordogne regions, half and hour driving from Cahors, Sarlat and Rocamadour.

North of the campsite, you can visit the Dordogne Valley and discover some of the most beautiful villages in France, such as Beynac, Castelnaud or la Roque-Gageac. South of the campsite, the Lot Valley and its spectacular landscapes awaits you. Both valleys are perfect for a balad with a canoe.

Heritage and good food
The Lot and Dordogne region has a unique heritage with many sites classified by UNESCO, such as Beynac, Rocamadour, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie. And of course Sarlat, one of the loveliest medieval town in France, perfectly restored. Everywhere in Dordogne and Lot, you’ll have the chance to taste some delicious food specialties. Food and wine are indeed very important in Lot and Dordogne.

Scope of Application of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These general terms and conditions govern all sales of stays made on the website www.lot-camping.com, directly by telephone or mail. They form an integral part of any contract concluded between the campsite and its customers.
Each customer acknowledges having read these general terms and conditions prior to booking any stay, for themselves and any person participating in the stay.
In accordance with applicable law, these general terms and conditions are made available to all customers for informational purposes prior to the conclusion of any sales contract for stays. They can also be obtained upon written request addressed to the campsite's registered office.
Booking Conditions, Prices and Payment
The price of stays is indicated in euros, including VAT. Customers are advised that the tourist tax is not included in the price.

Stay Procedure
Arrivals and Departures

For rentals: Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM, any day of the week.
For camping: Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM, any day of the week.

Security Deposit: A security deposit of €300 per accommodation will be required upon arrival by credit card. It will be refunded on the day of your departure or at the latest one month after your departure, following a property inspection. Any damage will be charged in addition to the price of your stay, as well as cleaning costs if you do not leave the accommodation in a perfectly clean condition. If you cannot be present for the property inspection, the security deposit will be returned to you by bank transfer.

Departure
Any return of keys after 10:00 AM or vacating the pitch after 11:00 AM will result in an additional night's charge. Any extension of stay must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date.
The renter accepts the pitch as is (trees, plants, vegetation, etc.). They release the campsite from liability in case of damage due to falling branches, inclement weather, natural disasters, theft, break-ins, broken windows, etc. The pitch must be vacated and restored to its original condition at the end of the stay.

- Maximum number of people per pitch: 6 people and one vehicle.

- Any additional charges for the pitch must be reported to reception on the day of arrival.

PAYMENT: Campsite pitch: the balance is due upon arrival, according to the date indicated on the contract at the time of booking.

RENTAL: A full range of equipment is provided (see list), including gas, heating, electricity, duvets, mattress protectors, and pillows.
PAYMENT: For rentals, the balance is due 30 days before the arrival date indicated on the contract. No claims will be accepted.
RESERVATION: A 30% booking fee will be charged for all reservations. Reservations, regardless of the type of stay, will only be confirmed upon receipt of the booking confirmation and the corresponding deposit. They become final only upon receipt of the balance. Preferences expressed during the booking process will be accommodated subject to availability, without incurring any liability on the part of the campsite.
Any extension of stay must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date. In case of early departure, no refund will be issued for any stay that has been booked. The campsite reserves the right to re-let the property upon request.

MODIFICATION: No modifications are generally possible during the month preceding the start date of your stay. Outside of this period, requested modifications will be accepted subject to availability and will incur a flat fee for each change.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
The rates shown include parking for one vehicle.

In case of departure before 8:00 AM, the security deposit will be refunded by credit card after inventory and any deductions (the amount will vary depending on the cost of restoring the premises and the value of any damaged or missing equipment).

For accommodations: Cleaning fee: €75.00 if the accommodation is not properly cleaned.

Entrance barrier:
Access to the campsite is permitted between 7:30 am and 10:30 pm. Traffic is strictly prohibited outside these hours.

ANIMALS:
Domestic animals are welcome on the campsite and must be microchipped or tattooed and have up-to-date vaccination records. Dogs must be kept on a leash and away from public facilities (sanitary blocks, children's play areas, etc.). Any animal found at large will be automatically impounded. Category 1 dogs are strictly prohibited.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The legal provisions regarding the right of withdrawal for distance selling, as stipulated by the Consumer Code, do not apply to tourist services (Article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code). Therefore, for any booking of a stay with the campsite, the customer has no right of withdrawal.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We advise you to take out cancellation insurance. This contract offers you cancellation insurance, allowing you to obtain a refund of the amounts paid in the event of cancellation of your stay or early departure under certain conditions (illness, accident, etc. – see attached insurance policy).

CANCELLATION: Refund of the deposit in the event of written cancellation received more than 30 days before the start of your stay and before the following deadlines:

- Before April 1st: 100%
- Between April 1st and June 1st: 50%
- After June 1st: the total amount of your stay will be retained.

- Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE (optional)
We advise you to take out cancellation insurance. This contract offers you cancellation insurance, allowing you to obtain a refund of the amounts paid in the event of cancellation of your stay or early departure under certain conditions (illness, accident, etc. – see attached insurance policy).

The insurance premium is equal to 2.7% of the total cost of your stay, excluding booking fees and tourist taxes, payable at the time of booking (for a rental or a pitch).

INSURANCE: The company managing the center declines all responsibility for damages suffered by campers/caravanners; it is their responsibility to take out insurance for their caravan/tent and/or equipment, specifically covering them with regard to civil liability.
MISCELLANEOUS: All campers are required to comply with the campsite's internal regulations (available upon request).
PRICES: A minimum stay of 7 nights is required for accommodation rentals during the high season. Prices do not include tourist tax. An invoice will be issued for all payments. Any complaints must be made at that time; no subsequent complaints will be accepted. Rates were established based on the economic indices in effect at the time of printing and may be revised according to regulatory changes (e.g., VAT and tourist tax).
APPLICABLE LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by French law, and any dispute relating to them is subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts.
