Camping Domaine Sainte Veziane

Domaine Sainte Veziane is a campsite**** situated in Bessan, between Agde and Pézenas (Languedoc-Roussillon). Ideal for holidays in family, we propose different types of rentals (M-Homes and chalets) in a park with hight trees. Camping with water park, water slides, jacuzzi, bar-restaurant, children's playground, mini golf 12 holes, outdoor fitness area and entertainment in July and August. Open all year.

Domaine Sainte Veziane is located near the beaches of Vias in Languedoc-Roussillon. You will be able to discover our landscapes of Mediterranean scrubland, but also the rivers, lakes and mountains of the hinterland.

The contract is nominative and can not be assigned.
I - Description of accommodations
1-Our HLL are between 12 and 18 years old. They consist of a double bedroom and a second bedroom with 2 single beds and a sofa bed in the living room.
2 - Our M-Homes Confort + 2 and Confort + 3 are between 1 and 5 years old. The M-Homes CONFORT 2 are between 9 and 14 years old. They consist of a double bedroom, a second bedroom with 2 single beds and a sofa bed in the living room. (Comfort + 3: A third bedroom with 2 single beds but without convertible). Our M-Homes Confort + Premium 2 and Confort + Premium 3 are between 1 and 5 years old and are equipped with air conditioning.
3 - All our accommodations are composed of a kitchen, a bathroom (WC, shower, sink). They are all equipped with coffee maker, oven or microwave, garden furniture and 2 sunbeds and can accommodate only 6 people maximum (children and babies included).
II - Booking, deposit and payment
4 - For all reservations, a deposit of 30% of the stay is required. The remaining balance to be paid minimum 30 days before your arrival.
5 - It will be sent a confirmation for any reservation. To present when you arrive.
III - Schedules / Delayed Arrival / Early Departure
6 - Arrival from 16h to 20h / Departure from 8h to 11h (departure between 9 and 11h out of season). In the case of a delayed arrival, the rental will remain available until the next day 12H. In the absence of mail, mail or fax, the rental becomes free and the deposit remains acquired by the management.
7 - In the case of early departure, it will be compulsory between 9 am and 7 pm in July-August, and between 9 am and 12 pm and between 4 pm and 6 pm in the off-season.
8 - In the case of late arrival and / or early departure, the payment corresponding to the reserved period will be payable in full and no refund or deduction will be granted.
IV - Cancellation
9 - For any cancellation, the customer agrees to notify the campsite as soon as possible. If the customer has opted for cancellation insurance at the time of booking, he must refer to the insurer's T & Cs and contact him. Otherwise, the sums paid will be kept by the campsite as compensation. The booking and cancellation insurance fees are not refundable under any circumstances. No compensation can be taken into account in the event of a temporary or seasonal closure of one or more services related to a technical, climatic, administrative or legislative problem. The removal of certain services or activities in the event of bad weather conditions cannot give rise to any reduction or reimbursement.
V - Cancellation insurance
10 - Optional insurance (3.3% of the total amount of the stay) guarantees the reimbursement of the stay for any justified cancellation. In the event of interruption or cancellation of the stay by a customer who has not taken out insurance, SARL Domaine Sainte Veziane will not reimburse the sums paid under any circumstances.
VI - Cautions
11 - Upon arrival, a deposit of 300 € will be required for any type of rental. This deposit will be returned to you on your departure inventory after deduction of any costs of restoration of the premises and the value of deteriorated or missing equipment.
12 - Upon arrival, a deposit of 90 € will also be required for any type of rental. This deposit will be refunded during the check of the household by our teams during the inventory of departure. In the case where the rental would not be returned in the state of cleanliness in which we provided it to you, this deposit will be cashed. If you do not wish to clean out, please inform the reception upon your arrival. We will charge you a cleaning fee of 90 €.
VII - Inventories
13 - Entry: Upon arrival, an inventory of your rental will be provided. You must return it completed and signed within 48 hours of your arrival. Exit: Make an appointment for your exit inventory at the front desk. In the case of departure out of hours and days provided for this purpose, the deposit will be refunded by check or bank transfer (fees charged to the customer) and a cleaning fee of 90 € will be charged.
VIII - Bracelets
14- For security reasons, the wearing of the permanent control bracelet is obligatory for the duration of the stay. The loss of a control bracelet provided at your arrival will be charged € 18.
IX - Visitors
15 - Visitors are admitted inside the land under the responsibility of the tenants who receive them during the opening hours of the reception. However, they will have to leave their car outside and pay the visitor fee. An ID must be presented at the front desk. 16 - The client agrees to ensure respect for all persons occupying the rental rules of the campsite. 17 - No guest may occupy your accommodation without the authorization of the campsite management. 18 - The management reserves the right to expel without notice or reimbursement any person who disrespects the rules of procedure, any person who causes a disorder or is guilty of aggression, anyone who gives false information about the accompanying persons of the stay.
X - Animals
19 - Dogs except those of 1st category are accepted with a supplement on presentation of the updated vaccination card. They must be tattooed, leashed within the grounds of the campsite and left the establishment for their needs under penalty of impoundment. Dog identification is required. 20 - Cats are forbidden.
XI - Swimming pool
21 - Swimming shorts are strictly forbidden in the swimming pool.
XII - Right to the image
22 - You expressly authorize and without compensation the Sarl SOGEPARC to use on any support the photos of you or your children that could be taken during your stay for the advertising needs of the campsite.
XIII - Rules of Procedure
23 - Any customer is required to comply with the provisions of the rules of the campsite.
24-Rental in Residential Park Leisure is not part of the responsibility of hoteliers. The responsibility of the SOGEPARC sarl can not be engaged in case of loss, theft or degradation of personal effects in the Residential Light Dwellings, in Mobile Homes and on the premises of the establishment. In case of dispute, the Courts of Béziers are only competent.
