GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Article 1 – Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the GTC) aim to define the terms and conditions under which:
The company LES CANTINIERES (trading under the name VERT LAVANDE) (hereinafter referred to as the Establishment), a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of €2,000, registered with the Rodez Trade and Companies Register under number 838 218 097, whose registered office is located at Impasse Raymond Fournier, 12370 Belmont-sur-Rance (hereinafter referred to as the Campsite),
Offers accommodation and pitch rentals to customers at the Campsite.

Article 2 – Application and Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Booking a stay at the Campsite implies unreserved acceptance by the customer of these GTC in their entirety. The customer acknowledges having read the GTC prior to booking a stay, for themselves and any accompanying persons.
Acceptance is confirmed by:

Checking the box associated with the statement I acknowledge that I have read and accepted the GTC for online bookings through the Campsite website (www.);
Acknowledging receipt of a copy of the GTC alongside reservation documents for on-site or telephone bookings.

These GTC and the reservation documents provided to the customer constitute a contractual agreement between the customer and the Establishment.
The GTC may be modified at any time without notice. Amended GTC will only apply to reservations made after their modification.

Article 3 – Description of Stay Offers

The customer is invited to refer to the detailed descriptions available on the Campsite's website to learn about the different accommodations, pitches, and optional services available. Additional information may be requested from the Establishment by telephone (+33 6 79 65 61 91) or email (contact@vertlavande.com).

Article 4 – Price of the Stay

The prices and tariff information published on the Campsite website or commercial brochures are provided subject to typographical errors or omissions. Only the rates indicated on the booking confirmation are binding.
All prices are displayed in euros, including all taxes (VAT included), excluding booking fees (€20 in high season), options (cleaning, equipment rental, etc.), and tourist tax.

Any subsequent change in the applicable VAT rate occurring between the determination of the rates and the billing of the stay will result in a corresponding adjustment of the VAT-inclusive price, which the customer accepts without reservation.
The tourist tax is charged in addition to the stay price, on a per-day basis, for all persons over the age of 18.

The customer is invited to consult the descriptions of pitches and accommodations to understand what is included or excluded from the stay price.

Article 5 – Booking and Payment for the Stay

5.1 – General Obligations for Booking a Stay
To book a stay, the customer must be of legal age and possess legal capacity. The Establishment reserves the right to refuse bookings from minors not accompanied by an adult.
Bookings are personal and non-transferable. The booking cannot be transferred or sublet. The customer must be listed as a participant and actually take part in the stay.

The customer must provide all required information indicated in the booking contract and guarantees the accuracy of the information supplied. The Establishment is not responsible for any errors in the information provided by the customer.

The Establishment reserves the right to refuse bookings in cases of:

Existing disputes with the customer;
Non-payment of the total stay cost 30 days before the stay begins. In such cases, partially paid amounts will be refunded by check within 30 days of the booking refusal. The deposit will not be refunded and will be retained as compensation. The accommodation reservation deposit check (not cashed) will be destroyed;
A group exceeding the maximum capacity of the Campsite, pitch, or accommodation for safety and insurance reasons.

If more than three accommodations are booked by the same customer or by different customers with common connections traveling to the Campsite on the same dates, the booking will be treated as a group reservation requiring the Establishment's prior approval. Availability and compatibility of such requests with the Campsite's occupancy will be reviewed.

5.2 – Booking Procedures
Customers may book their stay via the Campsite's website (www.vertlavande.com), by telephone (+33 6 79 65 61 91), or on-site.

For website bookings: Customers will be directed to a booking platform to input all necessary information.
For telephone or on-site bookings: The signed booking contract must be returned within 10 days. Beyond this period, the booking will not be confirmed.
If the desired stay is unavailable, the customer will be promptly informed and offered a substitution (e.g., a refund by check within 30 days or an alternative solution).

5.3 – Payment Terms
Customers can pay using the following methods: credit card, bank transfer, cash, check, and holiday vouchers (sending holiday vouchers via “declared value” is recommended; the Establishment is not responsible for loss or theft during transit).

For reservations made more than 30 days before the stay: A deposit of 30% of the stay price, €20 booking fee (high season), and cancellation insurance (if opted for) must be paid on the booking day. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival. Failure to pay in full within the deadline will result in automatic cancellation. Paid amounts will be retained as compensation.
For reservations made less than 30 days before the stay: Full payment, €20 booking fee (high season), and optional cancellation insurance must be made on the booking day, exclusively by credit card or cash for on-site bookings.
For stays shorter than 5 days: Full payment, €20 booking fee (July/August), and optional cancellation insurance must be made on the booking day via credit card or cash.

Cash payments are accepted within the legal limits.

For accommodation reservations, a €300 deposit check must be sent to the Establishment within 10 days of booking. The check will not be cashed and will be returned after departure and inspection. In case of damages, the Establishment may retain all or part of the deposit.
