Between Toulouse and Carcassonne, campsite Domaine Saint-Laurent stretches alongside picturesque Canal du Midi and close to a water sport center. The campsite offers a 40-acre natural domain with swimming-pool open juillet aout, playground for children, tennis court, , small farm, much more for the whole family to enjoy great holidays!

Within the heart of the Lauragais, in a hilly landscape, near the Canal the Midi, in the heart of the region with the Castels from the Cathares, between Toulouse and Carcassonne. Only one hour driving from the Mediterranean Sea or the Pyrenees.

Any reservation is nominative and is only valid for a rental accommodation or a camping pitch. In no case can it be transferred or sublet.

RESERVATION:
Rental accommodation: The reservation will be effective only upon receipt of the rental contract, a 30% deposit + a 18€ booking fee and the campsites confirmation by email or post within the following fortnight. The reservation will be definite upon receipt of the balance sum at the latest 30 days prior to the guests arrival date.
The campsite will return the signed rental contract to you by post or by email within a fortnight. This contract is to be presented upon arrival at the campsite. If applicable rentals are automatically cancelled following the cancellation policy.
Camping pitch: The reservation will be effective only upon receipt of the rental contract, a 25% deposit + a 18€ booking fee. The balance sum of your stay is to be paid the day prior to your departure before 6 pm. The campsite will return the signed rental contract by post or by e-mail within a fortnight. This contract is to be presented upon arrival at the campsite.
Tourist tax of 1/night (per person over 13 yrs).


Specific conditions for bungalows and mobile homes
Upon arrival a 300€ warranty deposit will be asked, as well as a 45€ cleaning deposit. The cleaning of the rental accommodation is borne by the client. At the end of the stay the rental accommodation must be returned in a perfectly clean state (inside as well as the surrounding area). The cleaning deposit will only be returned after verification. Any damaged or broken items must be paid by the guest. Upon arrival an inventory is available for the guest to verify, remarks or complaints are to be reported to the person in charge of the rental accommodation on the day of arrival or the day after. The inventory will be checked upon departure at the end of your stay. The warranty deposit will only be returned after verification that the rental object is returned correctly.

Arrival and departure times:
Rental accommodation: arrivals on Saturday from 4 pm, until the following Saturday. Departure times (between 8 am and before 10 am) are determined in concert with the campsite manager the day before your departure. For any departure before 8 am the warranty deposit will be sent back to you by post within 30 days.
Out of the months of July and August accommodation can be rented for 2 nights or more.
Camping pitch: Arrival from 1 pm, departure before 11 am.

CANCELLATION:
For any cancellation addressed to the campsite the guest remains liable for:
the non-refundable booking fee ( 15).
All or part of the total sum, calculated as follows:
Cancellation over 60 days prior to arrival date: refund of the deposit.
Cancellation between 30 and 60 days prior to the arrival date: 30% of the amount will be withheld.
Cancellation within 30 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the amount will be withheld. All cancellations must be confirmed by a registered letter.

The guest must make sure to inform the campsite of a possible delay.
Without news of the guest within 24 hours of the arrival date (the next day at 4 pm) the rental accommodation will be let without reimbursement of the paid sums by the campsite.


Late arrival/early departure: No reimbursements or discounts will be given, for any reason whatsoever.
Visitors:
Guests as well as their visitors must report to the campsite reception with their identity card.
Insurance:
It is the clients responsibility to have a travel insurance. Camping Domaine St Laurent disclaims any liability in case of theft, fire, weather situations, etc. and in case of any incident concerning the civil responsibility of the guest.


Animals: Animals are not permitted inside the rental accommodation as well as inside the campsite buildings, sanitary blocks, swimming pool area and play area. Dogs* and cats of small size and in possession of proof of vaccination are accepted on the campsite, limited to 1 per camping pitch. They will have to be kept on a lead and cannot be left by themselves on the camping pitch. Owners must pick up their animals droppings. * (dogs in category 1 and 2 are not accepted).
Swimming pool:
SWIMMING SHORTS AND BERMUDAS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE SWIMMING POOL.
Jurisdiction clause. Any disputes shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Carcassonne.
