Camping le Pontis

Located in the Périgord Vert, on the outskirts of the village of Verteillac 45 km south of Angouleme and 50 km northwest of Périgueux, the Camping Pontis welcomes you for a stay to the discovery of nature.

The campsite includes:

1 space of 80 sqm comfortable caravan
67 seats from 80 to 140 m² leisure,
8 spaces for motor homes.

Total 67 locations.

While on holiday in the Dordogne, you can enjoy many sports and leisure activities .

In the valley which extends around the Dronne reigns the sweetness of life, the castles have aurs of edge of the Loire, the soothing calm of the water incites to the reverie.
A few rowing is enough to reach Brantôme, the Venice of Périgord, perfect for romantic getaways. Nearby the castle of Bourdeilles houses a delicate Renaissance home.
Not far from here, is Saint Jean de Cole, one of the most enchanting villages of Périgord.
Do not miss the Villars concretions cave, adorned with one of the few human representations of cave art. Before a swim at the pond of La Jemaye, do not forget to stock up on local produce at the Friday market in Ribérac.
Around the circuit of churches with cupolas will complete to register forever in your memories this unforgettable vagrancy in our region.

General Conditions of Sale Camping

1. REGULATIONS

A deposit of 25 % will be asked for your reservation. Upon receipt of the deposit payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the practical information of your stay. The entirety will then be paid before the beginning of your stay.

Attention: your reservation option can be waived in case of late deposit, the option period being fixed at 8 days.

3. CAPACITY

The number of people mentioned per accommodation in our rates corresponds to the maximum occupancy allowed given the available equipment. It can not be exceeded for reasons of security and insurance.

The rental of a location or accommodation furnished type of tourism, mobile home, lodge or tepee implies full acceptance of the terms of sales by the contracting parties.

4 LOCATION RENTAL

We put at your disposal a naked site, which can welcome up to 6 people, to install your tent, your caravan or your camper.

Location Price: This is a price per night of occupancy for 2 people, a facility and a vehicle. Pitches are available from 13:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure. Any overrun results in the billing of an extra day. This package gives free access to health facilities, reception services, swimming pool, playgrounds and entertainment (July-August). Supplements: The persons (adults or children) or additional elements present on the site (electricity, second vehicle, animal, etc.) are subject to a daily cost.

Note: the allocation of places is carried out without distinction in the order of registration of reservations. The Direction reserves the right to change the assignment of the location upon arrival of the camper.

Accommodation rental:

Definition of rental seasons: Refer to the rate sheets.

Periods and duration of hiring: The hirings are possible for one week or to the night except July-August. In July-August, the accommodations are rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday subject to availability.

The rental price includes: accommodation rental, charges (water, electricity, gas), access to services of the reception, pool, playgrounds, tennis, petanque and animations (in July-August).

Rentals are available from 2 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. Any overrun results in the billing of an extra day.

Assignment, subletting: any rental is registered and can not be sold or rented under any circumstances without our agreement.

Cleaning must be done on the day of departure. If this is not the case, we ask 15 euros to do it for you.

5. RULES OF STAY

The reservation of the stay becomes effective only after confirmation by our services and payment by the tenant of deposit.

6. MODIFICATION OF STAY

The modification of dates of stay are accepted only in a minimum period of 30 days before the initial date envisaged and subject to availability

7. DELAYED ARRIVALS / ANTICIPATED DEPARTURES

In the absence of written message from the camper, stating that he had to postpone the date of arrival, the location or accommodation become available 12H after the date of arrival provided by the rental agreement.

No reduction will be granted in the case of delayed arrival or early departure.

8. PROMOTIONS - LAST MINUTE SALES

On these occasions, it is possible that for the same stay, customers have paid different prices. Customers who have paid the highest price will not be able to benefit from a refund representing the price difference they have paid and the promotional price. The discounts are not cumulative with promotions.

9. RENTAL CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation of your stay by Le Pontis campsite BEFORE your arrival: In case of force majeure, the management reserves the right to cancel your stay for security reasons. If you have already left your home, we will offer you to relocate to another similar accommodation without supplement.

If none of these offers satisfies you, the full amount paid will be reimbursed; no other compensation can be claimed.

Cancellation of stay by yourself BEFORE your arrival: this one will have to warn by written to the campsite (mail followed, e-mail with request for acknowledgment of receipt).

In case of serious illness, serious accident or death and upon presentation of a medical certificate or death we give you the opportunity to postpone your stay on the current season.

For any stay canceled, not falling under the clauses mentioned above, less than 30 days before stay, it will be retained 25% of the amount of your stay, or the total amount of your deposit.

10. ANIMALS

Our friends pets are allowed in our rentals and locations under your full responsibility and must be on a leash.

11. CLAIMS

Any complaint relating to a stay must be sent by registered letter with A.R. within 30 days following the stay.

12. RULES OF PROCEDURE

All camper is required to comply with the rules of the campsite under penalty of up to the termination of the contract.

Your stay :

To prepare your stay: It is essential to bring your bed linen (sheets, bolster covers)

In case of late arrival or last minute impediment, it is imperative to prevent our services.

The key to your rental will be given to you on your arrival.

It is strictly forbidden to light a fire on the domain, except on the barbeues at your disposal

During your stay, we ask you to respect all the markings and safety instructions as they will be displayed, and to return the keys of your rental.

The day of your departure, the hirings must be released before 10h. You are asked to leave the place as clean as you found it. An optional cleaning service is offered for 15 €.
