Rental Terms and Conditions
The campsite the Douzou accepts the principle of the lease (location / rental).

Once you book the campsite guarantees the rental of location or a rental for the day of arrival. This reservation is subject to certain conditions.
Any change may cause a change in the amount of the fee more or less must be notified prior to arrival. In the event of misrepresentation of the policyholder, the contract may be terminated automatically and payments will remain the campsite.
If canceled, all payments are kept by the campsite.
The hiring is personal. It is forbidden to sublet or assign the location to a third party.
You must notify the camp of any delay in your arrival in order to retain your reservation. The manager reserves the right to dispose of the site or lease after a period of 8 hours. The amounts paid will be kept by the campsite.
When a holiday has begun, there is no refunds for early departure due to whatever reason.
The acceptance of rent the tenant commits to respect the rules of the campsite.
You must inform the host of the coming of visitors. These will be required to pay a fee for camping. They will absolutely left their vehicle in the parking lot.

Specific Terms: Accommodation(mobil'home and tente lodge)

The rent is payable at 25% as a deposit upon signing the contract and the balance at your arrival.
A security deposit of 370euros will be paid on arrival and returned on the day of your departure less any damage or missing.
Rentals run from Sunday to Sunday or saturday to saturday , arrive 16h and departs 10h and includes water, gas and electricity.
Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. End of the stay, the rent must be returned in clean condition.
Sheets and linens are not provided. Protection of cleanliness will be provided.

Specific conditions: location (camping place)
The rental location will be effective after payment of the deposit of 25% upon signature of the contract or its online booking on our site.
The remaining balance is payable on arrival.
Taking possession of the site means from 12h to 12h
In case of non-reservation, the tenant must prevent the manager from the date of end of stay and settle it on the eve of his departure.
Extracts from the internal regulations

- Reception desk
From july 1re to August 30th 8:30 am / 7 pm. From March 6 to April 7 and from September 29 to October 20 8:30 a.m. / 12:45 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. / 7 p.m. at the top of the campsite.
Snack open from April 8 to September 29 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. At the reception desk you will find all the information on the services offered by the campsite, the tourist attractions of the surroundings and various addresses that may prove useful.

- Services
Rental of sheets, cot and high chair, refrigerator at reception.

- Silence / noise / vehicles / animals
There must be total silence between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. Camping without cars. Once installed, your car (10km / h maximum) will remain parked in the parking lot provided for this purpose at the bottom of the campsite. Garbage will be sorted at a single collection point. Animals will be kept on a leash, tattooed, vaccinated and declared at reception.

- children
We are on a rugged natural site by a river. Children are therefore permanently under the responsibility of their parents.

- Security
Fire extinguishers are available to everyone. A first aid kit is available at reception. Management is not responsible for valuables or cash left in tents, caravans or rentals.
