GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. Admission and residence conditions

To be allowed to enter, settle or stay on a campsite, you must have been authorized by the manager or his representative. The latter is obliged to ensure that the campsite is kept in good order and that the rules of procedure are observed.

By staying at the campsite, you accept and agree to comply with the provisions of these Regulations.

No one may be domiciled in it.

2. Police Formalities

Unaccompanied minors will only be admitted with the parents' written permission.

Pursuant to article R. 611-35 of the Code of Entry and Residence of Foreigners and the Right of Asylum, the manager is required to have a police record filled in and signed by the foreign client upon his arrival. It must include:

1° The first name and forenames;

2° The date and place of birth;

3° Nationality;

4° The usual domicile.

Children under 15 may be included on the parent's record.

3. Installation

The outdoor accommodation and related equipment must be installed at the location indicated in accordance with the instructions given by the manager or his representative.

4. Reception Office

At the reception desk you will find information on campsite services, refuelling facilities, sports facilities, tourist attractions in the area and various addresses that may be useful.

A system for collecting and processing complaints is available to customers.

5. Display

These rules of procedure are posted at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception desk, and are available to all customers upon request.

For classified campgrounds, the classification category with the mention tourism or leisure and the number of sites tourism or leisure are displayed.

The prices of the various services are communicated to clients under the conditions fixed by decree of the minister responsible for consumption and can be consulted at the reception.

6. Departure Terms

Guests are advised to notify the reception desk of their departure on the day before. Guests intending to leave before the opening time of the reception office must make the payment of their stay the day before.

7. Noise and silence

Guests are asked to avoid all noises and discussions that could inconvenience their neighbours.

Sound devices must be adjusted accordingly. Door and trunk closures should be as discreet as possible.

Dogs and other animals should never be left out in the open. They must not be left at the campsite, even locked up, in the absence of their masters, who are civilly responsible.

The manager ensures the peace of mind of his clients by setting times during which silence must be total.

8. Visitors

After being authorized by the manager or his representative, visitors may be admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the campers who receive them.

The client may receive one or more visitors at the reception. The services and facilities of the campgrounds are accessible to visitors.

However, the use of these facilities may be charged according to a tariff that must be posted at the entrance of the campsite and at the reception desk.

Visitors' cars are not allowed on the campground.

Vehicles must be limited in speed.

Only vehicles belonging to the campers staying at the campsite may be used. Parking is strictly prohibited on the sites usually occupied by accommodation unless a parking space has been provided for this purpose. Parking should not impede traffic or prevent new arrivals from moving in.

10. Installation Maintenance and Appearance

Everyone is obliged to refrain from any action that could affect the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campsite and its facilities, including sanitary facilities.

It is forbidden to throw sewage on the ground or in the gutters.

Customers must flush the wastewater at the designated facilities.

Household waste, waste of any kind, paper, must be disposed of in the garbage.

Washing is strictly prohibited outside of the containers provided for this purpose.

The clothes shall be spread, where appropriate, in a common dryer. However, it is tolerated until 10 hours in the vicinity of accommodation, provided that it is discreet and does not disturb the neighbors. It should never be made from trees.

Planting and flower arrangements must be respected. It is forbidden to plant nails in trees, to cut branches, to make plantations.

It is not permitted to demarcate the location of a facility by personal means, nor to dig the ground.

Any damage to vegetation, fences, grounds or camping facilities shall be the responsibility of the person responsible for it.

The site that has been used during the stay must be maintained in the state in which the camper found it when entering the premises.

11. Safety

a Fire.

Open fires (wood, coal, etc.) are strictly prohibited. Stoves must be maintained in good working order and not used under hazardous conditions.

In the event of a fire, notify management immediately. Fire extinguishers are available if necessary.

Emergency first aid kit is available at the reception desk.

b) Theft.

Management is responsible for items deposited at the office and has a general duty to monitor the campground. The camper remains responsible for his own facility and must report any suspicious person to the manager. Customers are advised to take the usual precautions for safeguarding their equipment.

12.Games

No violent or embarrassing games may be organized near the facilities.

The meeting room cannot be used for games.

Children must always be under the supervision of their parents.

13. Dead Garage

Unoccupied equipment may not be left on the field, unless agreed to by management and only at the indicated location. This service may be paid.

14. Violation of the Rules of Procedure

If a resident disrupts the stay of other users or does not comply with the provisions of these rules, the manager or his representative may, orally or in writing, if he deems it necessary, issue an order to cease the disturbance.

In the event of a serious or repeated breach of the rules of procedure and after the manager has given notice to comply with them, he may terminate the contract.

In the event of a criminal offence, the manager may call on law enforcement.
