Article 1 - Scope of application of the general conditions of sale
These general conditions automatically govern all sales of stays made on the site www.campingmina.com. They are an integral part of any contract concluded between the campsite and its customers.
Each customer acknowledges having read these general conditions prior to any reservation of a stay, for themselves and any person participating in the stay.
In accordance with current law, these general conditions are made available to any customer for information purposes prior to the conclusion of any contract for the sale of stays. They can also be obtained upon simple written request addressed to the establishment's head-quarters.
Article 2 - Reservation conditions
2.1 Price and payment
The price of stays is indicated in euros, VAT included. The tourist tax is included in the town of Saint Sornin (fixed tax for camping) For campsite reservations: All rentals are nominative and cannot be transferred. The rental only becomes effective with our agreement and after receipt of the total amount of the stay and the reservation fees.

For any unreported delay, the rental/pitch becomes available 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the reservation contract. After this period, and in the absence of a written message, the reservation will be void and the deposit will remain with the campsite man-agement.
Article 3 miscellaneous
By agreeing to stay in our establishment, you agree without reservation to respect the in-ternal regulations of the campsite. Any false declaration on the number of occupants (1 baby counting as one person) may result in eviction without reimbursement or compensation. No canvas structures (barnum, screen, tent, etc.) are accepted on rental pitches. Minors must be accompanied by an adult during a stay, failing which the Management reserves the right to refuse entry to the campsite. Only one vehicle per rental, any additional vehicle on the pitch or parking will be charged €4. Access to the swimming pool is reserved exclusively for our kind customers who have a bracelet and who fully comply with the safety and hygiene rules of this unsupervised installation (shorts, Bermuda shorts and long swimwear are prohibit-ed). The management declines all responsibility regarding the personal effects of customers left at the swimming pool. Visitors do not have access to the swimming pool. The swimming pool opening dates are valid subject to weather conditions, therefore they may be modified at any time without notice. In low season or for reasons beyond our control, the campsite reserves the full right to modify or even remove certain installations and arrangements or planned services.
3.2 Modification of reservation
No reduction will be made in the event of late arrival or early departure.
3.3 Withdrawal
The legal provisions relating to the right of withdrawal in the event of distance selling pro-vided for by the Consumer Code are not applicable to tourist services (article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code). Thus, for any order for a stay with the campsite, the customer does not benefit from any right of withdrawal.
3.4 Cancellation insurance
We advise you to take out cancellation insurance. This contract offers you a cancellation guarantee which allows you to obtain reimbursement of sums paid in the event of cancella-tion of your stay or early departure under certain conditions (illness, accident, etc.).
Insurance prices: 3.50% of the amount of the stay.

Article 4 - Progress of the stay
4.1 Arrivals and Departures
For rental and camping: arrivals are from 4 p.m., departures are before 10 a.m., in high sea-son and low season
4.2 Deposit
A deposit of 250 euros per accommodation will be required on the day of your arrival. It will be refunded to you on the day of your departure, during checkout opening hours, after an inventory. Billing for possible damage will be added to the price of the stay as well as clean-ing if you do not leave the accommodation in a perfectly clean state. If you cannot be present during the inventory, the deposit will be returned to you by mail.
A deposit of €20 per badge/car will be required for access to the campsite. It will be refund-ed to you on the day of departure, after returning the badge.
4.3 Departure
Any return of the key or release of the pitch after 11 a.m. will result in the billing of an addi-tional night. Any extension of stay must be made at least 24 hours before the planned depar-ture date.
4.4 Animals
Animals are not allowed inside the rentals and on the pitches. You must contact the campsite to see the conditions for accepting your animals: if accepted, presentation of the health rec-ord on arrival and payment of the supplement: €4 per night (only one animal per family).
4.5 Internal regulations
As required by law, you must adhere to our internal regulations, filed at the prefecture, dis-played at our reception and a copy of which will be given to you on request.
Article 5 - Liability
The Campsite declines all responsibility for damage suffered by the camper-caravanner's equipment which is its own fault; insurance for your equipment in terms of civil liability is mandatory (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC, etc.).
Article 6 - Applicable law
These general conditions are subject to French law and any dispute relating to their applica-tion falls under the jurisdiction of the High Court or the Commercial Court of Marennes.
