About the area

Our campsite is located on the edge of the forest of Fontainebleau, just 30 minutes by train from the center of Paris. From the campsite you can visit Paris, its most prestigious museums (Louvre, Orsay, etc.), the Eiffel Tower or the Notre-Dame cathedral. In addition to Paris, the forest of Fontainebleau invites you to pretty walks and the castles of Fontainebleau and Vaux-le-Vicomte plunge you into the splendor of the history of France. Children will love Disneyland Park, which is easily accessible from the campsite. Do not forget to visit the beautiful town of Moret-sur-Loing, Barbizon or the medieval city of Provins.

The campsite is located in La Rochette on the river side of the Seine, south of Melun. It is easily accessible by car from the A6 or A5 motorways.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

PITCH: ARRIVAL 3PM - DEPARTURE 11AM:

- To validate your reservation, we ask you to pay a deposit of 30% at the time of booking as well as 10€ for administrative costs.
- The balance of the reservation must be paid 30 days before arrival.
- Maximum number of people per pitch: 6 people and one vehicle.
- Any extra charge on the pitch must be reported to the reception on the day of arrival.
- No refunds will be given for early departure.

ACCOMMODATION: ARRIVAL 3PM - DEPARTURE 11AM:

- To validate your reservation, we ask you to pay a deposit of 30% at the time of booking as well as 10€ for administration costs.
- For all rentals, the balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.
- A deposit of 200 € per rental unit is required on arrival and will be returned on the day of departure after the compulsory inventory and possible deductions (amount varies according to the cost of repairing the premises and the value of the damaged or missing equipment for the accommodation).
- Water, gas and electricity are included in the rental price.
- Interior equipment: see inventory.
- Additional services: sheet hire 14€/Big Bed and 12€/Small Bed.
- Possibility to rent a baby bed: 5€/stay.
- The prices indicated include the parking of one vehicle only during the opening hours of the campsite.
- Cleaning costs: 100 € (deducted from the deposit if the accommodation is not cleaned properly).
- All our rentals are completely NON-SMOKING!

ENTRANCE BARRIER:

Access to the campsite between 7am and 11pm for vehicles in and out.
Outside these hours leave vehicles on the outside car park.

PETS:

- PETS ARE ALLOWED ON THE CAMPSITE AND MUST BE TATTOOED AND HAVE AN UP-TO-DATE VACCINATION CERTIFICATE.
- DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON A LEASH AND AWAY FROM PUBLIC AREAS (SANITARY BLOCKS, CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUNDS, ETC.).
- 1ST CATEGORY DOGS ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.
- ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN OUR ACCOMMODATION (EXCEPT IN THE PAGAN BUNGALOW AND FOR THE ACCOMPANYING DOG IN THE CHALET WITH REDUCED MOBILITY).

VISITORS:

VISITORS MUST LEAVE THEIR VEHICLES IN THE OUTSIDE CAR PARK AND MUST GO TO THE RECEPTION DESK TO PAY THE CURRENT RATE.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE:

CANCELLATION / DELAY / NON-OCCUPANCY / INTERRUPTION OF STAY

FOR the ACCOMMODATION:
For any stay cancelled more than 30 days before the planned date of arrival, the deposit as well as the booking fees will be retained by the campsite. For any stay cancelled less than 30 days before the date of arrival, interrupted or not used for any reason whatsoever, the full amount of the stay booked will be due or will be retained by the campsite as well as the booking fees. In case of no-show on the day of arrival, and if our services have not been informed of the postponement of the arrival date, the reservation will be cancelled and the total amount of the stay will be retained by the campsite. No reimbursement will be made in case of interruption of the stay or late arrival.
