Article 1 -Sales Trems and Conditions: These terms and conditions govern by operation of law all the sales of holidays or rentals through the internet site www.campingbelesbat.com. They are full part of any agreement between the campsite and its customers. Each customer agrees to have acknowledged these general terms and conditions prior to any holiday booking for himself or any other customer who will be on the Holiday as well. In Accordance with the applicable law, these general terms and conditions are made available for any customers for information before the conclusion of any holiday sales. They may be obtained on written request to the campsite headquarters.
Article 2 - Booking conditions 2.1 Price and payment Accommodation Prizes are in Euros, VAT included. We draw the attention of the customer that the resort tax is not included in the rental price. Each rental is personal and cannot be disposed to others. Camping pitches or Housing booking is fully effective only after the payment of a 25 % deposit plus reservation fees. The holiday balance payment is due on check-in. In case of earlier leaving or delayed arrival, the full payment will be due. In all instances of unreported delayed arrival within 12 hours the camping pitch/rental will be made available. A booking confirmation will be sent to you by email or post mail after the deposit being charged. 2.2 Cancellation In case of cancellation, deposit and reservation fees will be not returned. 2.3 Booking changes No discount will be made in case of delayed arrival or earlier leaving. 2.4 Cancellation guarantee We withdraw your attention on the possibility to subscribe a contract with your insurer that covers holiday cancellation or interruption (illness, accident) 2.5 Liability Insurance The Campsite accepts no responsibility for damage to camping-caravanning material for which the camper is responsible. Campers have to take out an insurance policy to cover their own material mobile home, tent and/ or home contents as well as their liability (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC).
Article 3 – Holiday Through 3.1 Arrivals and departures Check-in time for housing and camping pitches rentals is from 3 :00 pm; Checkout time is before 11 :00 am, any day of the week. 3.2 Granted surety deposit A 300 € granted surety deposit will be asked on check-in. It will be returned on checkout, during cashier working hours and after an inventory of fixtures. Possible damages charges will be added to the final invoice plus a 50 € granted surety deposit for cleaning in case the housing is not left on a perfect clean state. If you cannot be there during the inventory of fixtures, the deposit will be returned to you by post mail. 3.3 Departure Returning the key or leaving the accommodation after 11:00 am will incur one additional night charge. Any extension of your stay must be anticipated at least 24 hours before the initial departure date 3.4 Animal policy . Dogs are allowed, they must be on a lead inside the campsite as well as on the rental area. They must be walked outside the campsite to relieve themselves. Only less than 10 kg dogs are allowed inside the housings. 1st and 2nd category dogs are forbidden in the campsite. 3.5 Rules and procedures In keeping with the law, you must adhere to our rules and procedures, which are deposited with the town council and posted within our reception and at the campsite entrance. A copy of this document will be handed to your request.
Article 4 - Applicable law These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any dispute arising from their execution shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the of the Crown Court or of the Commercial Court of EVRY.
