RENTAL : All accommodation rentals are nominative and cannot be transferred or sublet under any circumstances. The rental becomes effective with our agreement and after receipt of a payment of 30% of the total amount of the stay as a deposit + 10 €uros booking fee. People over 14 years old pay the tourist tax 0.65€ / eco-tax of 0.75€/ per night The rentals benefit from the following services:Reception:Arrivals are between 14:00 and 17:00, departures from 8:30 to 10:00. Minimum stay: Depending on the season, the minimum stay is from 2 to 14 nights. Services:• Cleaning during the stay: €80 incl. VAT with minimum reservation 24 hours in advance;• Cleaning at the end of the stay: €100 incl. tax;• Breakfast: €14/person with reservation 24 hours in advance minimum;• Provision of household linen: 1 hand towel and 1 dishcloth included in the stay. Extra linen on request: =15€/ Kit 2 tea towels 5 € • Bed linen supply. Beds are made on arrival. Provision if necessary of a kit (pillowcase, bottom sheet and duvet cover and duvet): 20€
CANCELLATION :P an accommodation rental will be retained or will remain due:• the booking fees;• as compensation for breach of contract. An amount equal to the total of the stay, for a cancellation notified in writing less than 20 days before the scheduled date of arrival or if the customer does not show up on this date. One third of the sum of the full cost of the stay, for a cancellation notified in writing more than 21 days before the scheduled date of arrival.
NON-OCCUPANCY: In the absence of a written message from the client stating that he has had to postpone the date of his arrival, the accommodation becomes available 24 hours after the arrival date provided for in the rental agreement.
PAYMENT :P rentals from September to June, the balance of the stay is to be paid 20 days before arrival For rentals in July and August, full payment must be made no later than one month before the scheduled arrival date. Stays can be paid for by card, bank transfer or cash.Payments by ANCV holiday vouchers are accepted for a contribution of 1.5% amount paid by this means. An early departure will not give rise to any request for reimbursement from the customer.
DEPOSIT: The accommodation is rented with bedding, kitchen equipment and crockery, bed linen and crockery. The whole is in accordance with an inventory available in the accommodation.
A deposit of €300 for the gîtes and €500 for the spa chalets will be requested from the client on arrival and will be returned the week following his departure, minus any costs of repairing the premises and the value of missing or damaged equipment. A sum of €120 will be retained from the deposit in the event that the accommodation is not returned in a perfect state of cleanliness on the day of departure.
HOUSE RULES: All customers are required to comply with the provisions of the rules of procedure of the Domaine des Bouleaux.
RESPONSIBILITY: Parents are responsible for their children. As such, they ensure permanent surveillance. Any damage established will be the subject, if necessary, of prosecution and an invoice for repair. Owners are responsible for their animals. They keep them on a leash and pick up their droppings.
WASTE: Les Bouleaux has set up waste sorting in 5 types. Household waste and bio-waste are deposited at the entrance to the campsite in the corresponding bins (see map on site). Glass, paper and cardboard, packaging, metal cans and cans... are deposited in the blue containers located at the entrance.
DISPUTES: The Commercial Court of MULHOUSE will have jurisdiction in the event of any disputes between the parties.
