PAYMENT FOR YOUR STAY

The rental contract becomes effective upon receipt of the deposit (25% of the total stay cost, excluding tourist tax and optional extras). The deposit may be paid by credit card, cheque, or bank transfer.
The deposit is non-refundable to SARL LEO VACANCES, regardless of when the cancellation occurs. You are responsible for taking out cancellation insurance if you wish.
The balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival. Payment of the balance can be made by credit card, cheque, cash, or holiday vouchers (*chèques vacances*).
A security deposit of €150.00 will be required for rentals.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

· Standard arrival times are:
* for rentals: between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM in the off-season, and up to 7:30 PM in high season
* from 3:00 PM for camping pitches

If arriving outside these hours, please notify us by calling 06 21 24 89 75 and confirm via email at leovacances@sfr.fr.

· Standard departure times are:
* before 10:00 AM for rentals
* before 12:00 PM for camping pitches

Any departure after these times will result in a charge for an additional day.

RATES

The rental rate for your mobile home includes electricity, gas, and water costs.
The rental rate is set based on a specific number of occupants (2-bedroom mobile home: 4 people; 3-bedroom: 6 people; gîte: 9 people) and parking for one car. Any additional person and/or vehicle will be charged at the "camping rate." PLEASE NOTE: You must inform us in advance, as many mobile homes cannot accommodate additional occupants. The rate does not include the tourist tax: €0.50 per day per person aged 18 and over.
Sleeping arrangements include mattress protectors, one pillow per person, and blankets. Bed linen is not provided; you may bring your own or rent it on-site for €12.00 per bed for the duration of your stay.
Towels are available for rent at €4.00 per towel for the duration of your stay.
Upon departure, the mobile home must be left clean and in the same condition as it was found. The security deposit will be refunded only after an inspection of the premises.
You may request a cleaning service provided by us for €60.00.

A FEW RULES TO FOLLOW

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the mobile homes.
The use of standard barbecues (open fires, wood, or charcoal) is strictly prohibited; only the gas griddles (planchas) we rent out are permitted. Gas griddle rental: €10.00 per day (€5.00 per day for stays longer than one week).
Use of the air conditioning (free of charge) is subject to the following restriction: the units must not be left running while you are away from the rental unit.
Pitching a tent next to your mobile home is strictly prohibited; designated camping pitches are available for this purpose.
The tenant is required to hold valid civil liability insurance with up-to-date premium payments.
The tenant may not refuse access to the premises if the owner or their representative requests an inspection.
Pets are allowed, but they must not be left unattended inside the mobile home.
Assigned parking spaces must be respected.
To ensure the peace and quiet of our guests, we ask that noise be kept to an absolute minimum between 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Vehicles must be driven at a maximum speed of 10 km/h within the campsite.
The campsite's communal sanitary facilities are reserved exclusively for the use of campers.
By signing a contract, individuals acknowledge that they have read and agree to comply with the campsite rules (available for download on our website and displayed at reception).
