The campsite has direct access to the beach, a beautiful infinity pool, restaurant, mini-market. Near the campsite, you will find many activities and recreation, sea, mountain, sport, culture.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS

• The reservation becomes effective only with the agreement of the campsite, after receipt of the deposit and after receipt either of the reservation contract duly completed and signed, or after acceptance of the general conditions of sale when booking online. www.campingesplanade.fr – www.campingesplanade.com
• Reservations are only binding on the Esplanade campsite if the campsite has accepted them, which the campsite is free to do or refuse, depending on availability, and in general, on all circumstances of a nature to interfere with the execution of the reservation made. The Esplanade campsite offers family-oriented stays, in the traditional sense, the accommodation is specially designed for this purpose. Camping l'Esplanade reserves the right to refuse any reservation that is contrary to this principle, or that seeks to divert it.
• The reservation of a campsite or rental is made on a strictly personal basis. You cannot under any circumstances sublet or transfer your reservation without the prior consent of the Esplanade campsite.
• Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Campsite

The basic package includes the pitch for the tent, caravan or camper van for 1 or 2 people, electricity, access to sanitary facilities and reception facilities.

Location

Rental accommodations are not equipped with television. Household linen (sheets, towels) is available for rental at an additional cost (see prices). The basic package is 2 to 6 places depending on the type of rental.

• Camping l'Esplanade reserves the right to refuse access to the village to groups or families presenting with a number of participants greater than the capacity of the rented accommodation or who do not comply with the reservation declaration for participants.
• Application fees

The Esplanade campsite offers administrative fees for pitches and bare pitches.

GROUP BOOKING

• Any reservation of more than 2 accommodations by the same person or by different people who know each other and are traveling together for the same reasons on the same dates of stay on the Esplanade campsite is considered as a group.
• The proposals offered on the website are exclusively formulated for individual customers.
• For any group reservation request, you must contact the Esplanade campsite by telephone, by e-mail or via our “CONTACT US” section. The Esplanade campsite contacted reserves the right to study the reservation request before accepting or refusing it.

RATES AND TOURIST TAX

• The prices indicated are valid for the current season and do not include tourist tax. They correspond to one night and are in euros, VAT included.
• The amount of the tourist tax is €0.50/person/day.

PAYMENT TERMS

• For reservations made more than 30 days before the start of the stay, a deposit of 40% of the price of the amount of the services reserved must be paid upon reservation. The sale must be paid at the latest 30 days before the start date of the stay via the “customer area” website (transfer, checks, holiday vouchers, paybox). In the event of non-payment of the balance by the customer no later than 30 days before the start date of the stay, the Esplanade campsite reserves the right to cancel the reservation and re-offer the accommodation at the location.
• For reservations made less than 15 days before the start date of the stay, full payment must be made at the time of booking (40% deposit + balance of the stay).

ANNULATION ET MODIFICATIONS

1. Modification de votre réservation

Le client peut demander la modification de son séjour (dates, type d'hébergement) sur demande écrite auprès du camping (courrier ou e-mail) dans la mesure des disponibilités et possibilités. Aucun rapport ne sera accepté sur la saison suivante. À défaut de modification, le client devra effectuer son séjour dans les conditions initiales de réservation ou l'annuler selon les conditions de l'assurance annulation.

• Toute demande d'augmentation de la durée de votre séjour sera réalisée selon les disponibilités et selon les tarifs en vigueur.
• Toute demande de diminution de la durée de votre séjour est considérée comme une annulation partielle et sera soumise aux modalités d'annulation et d'interruption de séjour.
• Tout séjour interrompu ou abrégé (arrivée tardive, départ anticipé) du fait du client ne pourra pas donner lieu à un remboursement ou à un bon à valoir.

3. Annulation du fait du camping l'Esplanade

En cas d'annulation du fait du camping l'Esplanade, sauf en cas de force majeure, les sommes versées pour la réservation seront totalement remboursées. Cette annulation ne pourra pas donner lieu au versement de dommages et intérêts cependant.

3. Annulation du fait du client

un. En cas d'annulation de la part du client sans souscription à la garantie annulation.

En cas d'annulation du séjour, le montant réglé (acompte ou règlement de la totalité du séjour) ne fera l'objet d'aucun remboursement.

En cas d'annulation du séjour, le montant réglé en chèques vacances ne peut faire l'objet d'aucun remboursement conformément à l'article L.112-14 I. du Code monétaire et financier. Dans ce cas, un bon à valeur non remboursable d'une durée de validité pour la saison en cours, utilisable dans le camping sera établi du montant des sommes versées en Chèque vacances, déduction faite éventuellement de l'acompte, selon les conditions indiquées ci. -dessus.

b. En cas d'annulation de la part du client avec une souscription à la garantie annulation (organisme externe à l'établissement)

Les sommes versées sont couvertes par la garantie selon les conditions générales d'annulation. Si le motif n'est pas couvert par l'assurance annulation ou si le dossier est refusé par celle-ci, les conditions générales de ventes du paragraphe 4 a. s'applique.

YOUR STAY

1. Arrival

• Depending on the period, arrival times and days vary. (See price list)

o Camping pitches: you will be welcomed from 11:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. (July and August)

o Rental accommodation: on the day of your arrival at the Esplanade campsite, you will be welcomed from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. (July and August), and upon handing over the keys to your rental, a deposit of €300 (check or bank imprint) will be required.

 Possibility of late arrival (after 8:00 p.m.) by notifying reception in advance

 Possibility of collecting the keys to your rental from 2:00 p.m. if the accommodation is ready

2. During your stay

• It is up to the camper to ensure: the camper is responsible for monitoring their personal belongings (bicycles, etc.). The village declines all responsibility in the event of an incident falling under the civil liability of the camper. All customers must comply with the provisions of the internal regulations. Each tenant in title is responsible for disturbances and nuisances caused by people who stay with him or visit him.
• Anyone who needs to stay at least one night in the campsite must first present proof of identity to reception. The tent, caravan or camper van and related equipment must be installed in the indicated location, in accordance with the instructions given by the establishment.
• Visitors, after having been authorized by reception, can be admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the clients who receive them. Being admitted to the campsite implies acceptance of the provisions of these regulations. A possible fixed daily fee may be requested by the establishment.
• Electric vehicles: It is strictly forbidden to recharge your vehicle using rental power outlets. 4 paid charging stations are at your disposal within the campsite.
• Traffic, noise pollution

Only one private parking per rental is authorized. Other vehicles must be reported and a supplement will be requested. Tenants are asked to avoid all noise and discussions that could disturb their neighbors.

Silence is required from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

• Only gas barbecues are permitted.
• All electric and charcoal barbecues are strictly prohibited.

3. Departure

• Camping pitches: You must vacate your pitch by 11 a.m.
• Rental accommodation: On the day of departure indicated on your contract, the rental accommodation must be vacated before 10 a.m., notify reception 24 hours before your departure to arrange an appointment for the inventory. The accommodation will be left in perfect clean condition, and the inventory can be checked, any broken or damaged items will be your responsibility, as well as the restoration of the premises if this proves necessary. The deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after deduction of compensation withheld, on supporting invoices, for any damage noted by the exit inventory. The withholding of the deposit does not exclude additional compensation in the event that the costs exceed the amount thereof.
• If the accommodation has not been cleaned before your departure, you will be asked for a cleaning fee worth a minimum of €80 including tax (see the Rates page).
• For any delayed departure, you may be charged an additional day at the current nightly rate.

RECEPTION

Depending on the period, the opening and closing times of the reception vary:

o April: 9:00 a.m./12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m./6:00 p.m.

o May/June: 8:30 a.m./12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m./7:00 p.m.

o July/August: 8:00 a.m./8:00 p.m.

o September: 8:30 a.m./12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m./7:00 p.m.

o October: 9:00 a.m./12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m./6:00 p.m.

POOL

Access to the swimming pool is free and reserved for campsite customers who must respect the safety and hygiene rules in force. The DASS health rules are applied for the swimming pool at the Esplanade campsite:

• Shower and passage in the footbath obligatory
• Swimming shorts and Bermuda shorts are prohibited
• Animals are strictly prohibited

Access to the swimming pool is prohibited to bathers with suspicious skin lesions who do not have a certificate of non-contagion. The swimming pool is a calm and relaxation space, compliance with the internal regulations is mandatory and applies to all our customers under penalty of being refused access.

ANIMALS

Animals are accepted (except dogs of the 1st and 2nd category) for a fee payable at the time of your reservation. When allowed, they must be kept on a leash at all times. Animals must never be left free or locked alone in rentals or pitches. They are prohibited around swimming pools, in food stores and in buildings. The vaccination record for dogs and cats must be up to date.

PICTURE

You authorize Camping l'Esplanade, as well as any person designated by Camping l'Esplanade, to photograph, record or film you during your stay in our establishment and to use said images, sounds, videos and recordings on all media. (in particular on Le camping l'Esplanade sites or internet pages - including Facebook and Instagram - on camping l'Esplanade presentation and promotional materials and on travel or tourist guides). This authorization applies both to you and to the people staying with you. Its sole purpose is to ensure the promotion and animation of establishments and the “camping l'Esplanade” network and cannot in any way damage your reputation. This authorization is granted free of charge, for all countries and for a period of 5 years.

DISPUTE

Any possible complaint concerning the non-compliance of services with contractual commitments can be reported by post or e-mail to the manager of the Esplanade campsite.

RESPONSIBILITY OF CAMPSITE L'ESPLANADE

The customer expressly acknowledges that the Esplanade campsite cannot be held responsible, due to the communication by its partners or any third party of false information which may be mentioned in the brochure or the Esplanade campsite website concerning the sites. reception, and in particular presentation photos, qualifiers, activities, leisure activities, services and operating dates.

All photos and texts used on the Camping l'Esplanade website are non-contractual. They are only indicative.

COMPUTER AND FREEDOM

The information you provide to us when placing your order will not be passed on to any third party. This information will be considered confidential by Camping l'Esplanade. They will be used only by the internal services of the Esplanade campsite, for the processing of your order and to reinforce and personalize the communication and the offer of services reserved for the customers of the Esplanade campsite according to your interests.
