10 minutes' drive from the sea and the beaches of Benodet, 2 km from the historical town center of Quimper, in a botanical park of 90 acres, on the banks of the river Odet, ancient residence of Cornwall's bishops, l'Orangerie de Lanniron and its gardens will offer you a multitude of sport and leisure activities (canoe, fishing, bicycle rides, walks, golf, surfing, sailing...).It will be an ideal place to stay and to discover Brittany and its numerous sightseeing venues, culture, ancient monuments and folklore.

About the area

Quimper, a town full of flowers, is the capital of Cornouaille, and is on the banks of the River Odet, main river in the Glazik area, 15 km from the coast. An ideal place to stay and a starting point for many excursions by land or sea. Quimper has a wealth of famous monuments, a cathedral and old quarters well worth visiting. Every age has left its mark on the town. What to visit: St Corentin Cathedral (XIIIth to XIXth-centuries). The old quarters : guided tour with official National Historical Monuments Fund guides. Breton Museum, Fine Arts Museum. Contemporary Arts Center 'Le Quartier'. Earthenware Factories. The Jules Verlingue Earthenware Museum. The bishop's palace garden and theatre garden. Locmaria Norman church, the well known pottery company HB HENRIOT. Nearby : Kerfeunteun, chapels of Ty Mam Doué, Kerdévot, the Stangala, the River Steir valley, Local events: 'Festival de Cornouaille' (from the 15th to the 23rd July 2006). Musical Weeks (1st three weeks in August). Brass instrument courses (end of August). Folklore evenings (every Thursday from end of June to beginning of September). The Odet River Lugger (on the Locamaria Allées quayside). River and sea trips. Cider cellar visits : tasting and sales direct from the vintner.

Very nice stay

Liked: We had a lovely stay at this campsite. It is a beautiful, well-maintained campsite with good-sized pitches. The sanitary facilities were clean and tidy, and there was plenty to do for the children. The swimming pool was also great and provided lots of fun. One thing to keep in mind is that the electricity points can be quite far from some pitches, so make sure to bring a long power cable. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, with stunning beaches, charming towns and plenty of places to explore. We really enjoyed the area and would definitely recommend it.

Could be better: Our only disappointment was the food in the campsite restaurant. Unfortunately, the quality was not very good and we feel this could be improved significantly.

Liked: Very generously sized pitches. Beautiful setting. Pool and bar was great.

Could be better: Area around the pool (patio) needs to be relaid - it’s very tired and difficult to walk on with bare feet. Being very picky, the evening entertainment was not inclusive for non-fluent French speakers.

Liked: The site was absolutely beautiful, friendly staff and very clean. The shower cubicles were very spacious, allowing you more privacy than the usual facilities. Ideal location for a stroll into Quimper, which has some great bars and restaurants. We did the site’s restaurant which again did not fail to please. Definitely a site we would return to.

Could be better: A very minor point but the takeaway pizzas were disappointing.

Getting there

The site is situated to the south of the town and is well-signposted off the new ringroad. The campground is near the bus stop for Quimper (500 m), 3 km away from the train station and 7 km from the Pluguffan airport. From the north : follow signs to Bénodet and Quimper Sud and then follow the signs “Creac'h Gwen” and “Camping”. As you get nearer to the site, follow signs to Camping Lanniron. From the N165 (E60) : follow the signs towards Quimper sud (Troyalac'h) and Pont l'Abbé. Once on the southern ringroad, you will pick up signs to Creac'h Gwen and the Lanniron campsite. YOUR RESERVATION
Your reservation is definitive once it has been confirmed in writing by us, following payment of the deposit. All rentals are
nominative and cannot be transferred or sublet under any circumstances.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
These must be indicated at the time of booking, but are not guaranteed by us. They will be taken into consideration as far as
possible and depending on availability.
ACCOMMODATION
The number of persons indicated per accommodation or per pitch corresponds to the maximum occupancy allowed, taking into
account the equipment available (including babies and children). This number cannot be exceeded for insurance reasons.
It is recommended not to leave valuables in the accommodation. Sunêlia L'Orangerie de Lanniron is not responsible for any loss,
theft or damage of any kind during or after your stay.
Day visitors without overnight stay are allowed under the responsibility of their hosts after having reported their identity to the
reception and paid their visit fee upon arrival, regardless of the time spent on the Domaine. Parking is only allowed in the reception
car park at the entrance to the Domaine.
DEPOSIT
In accommodation, a deposit of 400 € will be required on arrival. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay or
cancelled 5 days after your departure, after deduction of any costs incurred in restoring the premises and/or the value of missing
or damaged equipment.
A lump sum will be retained if the accommodation has not been cleaned before your departure, this is not the case if you have
end-of-stay cleaning included.
RATES
All prices are quoted inclusive of VAT (10%). In the event of a change in VAT, prices including VAT are subject to change. No
brochure can be guaranteed to be error-free. Please ask for confirmation of prices at the time of booking, only the prices shown
on your invoice will be binding. The prices of the Canal and Field House are without VAT.
These prices include water, electricity (up to 10 KWh/day), parking for one vehicle, access to the leisure facilities, the gardens and
the 45-hectare park, entertainment (except for those indicated with an extra charge) and services.
Our accommodation is equipped with kitchen utensils, crockery, furniture, duvets and pillows. Bed linen and towels are not
systematically included in the price of the stay. However, they can be provided on request at an additional cost. Cleaning at the
end of your stay is not systematically included in the price of your stay. It can also be requested as an extra.
TOURIST TAX
The amount of the tourist tax is not included in the price of the stay. This amount is fixed every year by the authorities. It is per
night and per person of age (18 years and over).
FILE FEES
A processing fee of 30 € will be charged when you make a reservation for an open-air pitch or accommodation.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
✔ For bookings made more than 30 days before your planned arrival date, a deposit of 30% of the amount of the stay, plus
the booking fee, must be paid at the time of booking.
✔ The balance must be paid 30 days before your arrival date.
✔ For bookings made less than 30 days prior to your expected arrival date, the full amount of the stay plus the booking fee
must be paid at the time of booking.
On receipt of your booking request, Sunêlia l'Orangerie de Lanniron will send you, depending on availability, a rental confirmation.
However, it is advisable to telephone to check availability before sending your letter.
Your booking option is valid for 7 days more than 30 days before arrival and 24 hours less than 30 days.
If the balance is not paid on the due date, your file will be automatically cancelled and no refund will be made.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
Pursuant to Article L121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, all the services offered on this site are not subject to the right of
withdrawal provided for in Articles L.121-20 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
Consequently, the accommodation and leisure services ordered on the site are exclusively subject to the attached cancellation
conditions.
CANCELLATION
Any cancellation of a reservation must be made in writing (registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt) to the Sunêlia
l'Orangerie de Lanniron. In the event of cancellation, you will be charged, or you will remain liable for:
✔ The booking fee
✔ An amount corresponding to the deposit equal to 30% of the total cost of your stay, in case of cancellation more than 30
days before the scheduled date of your arrival.
✔ The full cost of your stay, in the event of cancellation less than 30 days before your scheduled arrival date, or if you do
not show up on that date.
An additional insurance allowing you to obtain the reimbursement of the amount of your stay in case of cancellation according to
certain conditions is proposed to you: www.campez-couvert.com
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
✔ Accommodation: arrival after 5pm and departure before 10am.
✔ Camping: arrival after 2pm and departure before 12pm.
✔ Exceeding these times will result in an additional night being charged.
✔ In case of late arrival or early departure, the invoice will be established on the basis of the arrival and departure dates
defined at the time of booking. If you do not show up, after 48 hours without any news from you in writing, your
reservation will be cancelled, and you will not be entitled to any refund.
PETS
Pets are accepted in certain accommodations and cannot be more than 2. Category 1 and 2 dogs (or similar) are not allowed. An
up-to-date vaccination certificate must be presented on arrival. Dogs must be kept on a lead on the estate and are not allowed in
the communal areas. Please inform us of their presence at the time of booking, a supplement per day and per animal will then be
requested. Please also refer to our website www.lanniron.com or contact us to find out in which categories of accommodation
pets are allowed.
MODIFICATION
Any modification must be validated by our services. If necessary, it may be subject to additional invoicing. In the event of external
events beyond our control, we may have to modify or cancel your stay. We will then offer you, depending on availability, an
equivalent stay with different dates or accommodation.
INTERNAL REGULATIONS
All clients are required to comply with the internal regulations.
DISPUTE
In the event of a dispute, and after having contacted the customer department of the Orangerie de Lanniron, any client of the
campsite may refer the matter to a consumer mediator within a maximum period of one year from the date of the written
complaint, by registered letter to the operator. The contact details of the mediator who may be contacted by the customer are
available on each site. In accordance with Article L. 152-1 of the French Consumer Code, you can contact the CM2C mediation

During your stay at L'Orangerie de Lanniron, you may be photographed or filmed for the design and production of our publicity
brochures, unless you notify reception in writing on arrival that you object to this practice.
