Just a few minutes from the beaches of Plougasnou and the coastal trails of the GR 34, Domaine de Mesqueau**** combines calm, comfort, and authenticity. Our mobile homes, lodges, and premium cottages, set on spacious, landscaped green pitches, offer optimal comfort and a private terrace in the heart of preserved nature. The villages are entirely pedestrian to ensure peace and safety for everyone.

On site, everyone lives at their own pace. Enjoy the heated indoor pool, relax by the outdoor pool in summer, join a yoga or Pilates session, or simply stroll around the pond. General Terms and Conditions of Sale

BOOKING CONDITIONS
The booking becomes effective only after receipt of the deposit and after receipt either of the booking contract duly completed and signed, or after acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale during the online booking.

In the event of non-payment of the deposit at the time of booking or of the balance no later than 30 days before the start date of the stay by the client, the campsite reserves the right to cancel the booking and to offer the accommodation for rent again.

Bookings are binding on Le Domaine de Mesqueau only if the manager of Le Domaine de Mesqueau has accepted them, which the manager is free to do or refuse depending on availability and, more generally, any circumstances likely to hinder the execution of the booking made. Le Domaine de Mesqueau offers family-oriented stays, in the traditional sense, and the accommodations are specifically designed for this purpose. The manager reserves the right to refuse any booking that would be contrary to this principle or that seeks to circumvent it.

The booking of a campsite pitch or rental accommodation is strictly personal. You may not under any circumstances sublet or transfer your booking without prior consent from the manager of Le Domaine de Mesqueau.

Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

The choice of a specific pitch or accommodation can only be satisfied depending on our availability at the time of your arrival.

 
Campsite pitches
The basic package includes the pitch for a tent, caravan for 1 or 2 persons, 1 vehicle, access to sanitary facilities and reception infrastructures. Motorhomes, vans, converted vehicles (car, van, truck) and twin-axle caravans are not allowed on the entire estate.

The number of people on a pitch is limited to 6. The campsite reserves the right to refuse access to groups or families arriving with a higher number of participants than stated in the contract.

 
Rental accommodation
All rental accommodations include shower, toilet, kitchenette and are equipped with fridge, hotplates, kitchen utensils, dishes, duvet and pillow.

The basic package is for 1 to 6 people depending on the type of rental chosen. The package includes water, gas, electricity, access to reception infrastructures, entertainment, and aquatic area.

Le Domaine de Mesqueau reserves the right to refuse access to accommodation to groups or families exceeding the capacity of the rented accommodation.

All our rentals are located in pedestrian areas. Vehicle access is not allowed, even for loading or unloading.

The installation of tents on mobile home or cottage pitches is not allowed.

Smoking is prohibited in all rental accommodations.

 
GROUP BOOKINGS
Any booking of more than 2 accommodations or pitches by the same person or by different persons who know each other and travel together for the same reasons on the same dates is considered a group.

The accommodations and pitches offered on the commercial website are exclusively intended for individual customers.

For any group booking request, you must contact Le Domaine de Mesqueau by phone at 02 98 67 37 45 or by email: info@mesqueau.com. The manager reserves the right to review the booking request before accepting or rejecting it.

 
RATES AND TOURIST TAX
The prices indicated are valid for the current season. Our rates are dynamic and subject to change; they vary depending on supply and demand. The contractual price is always the one set at the time of booking. No refund will be made if prices decrease afterwards, nor will any supplement be charged if prices increase.

Our prices include VAT. The VAT applicable to rental accommodation or pitch fees is 10%, subject to regulatory changes.

Tourist taxes and household waste contributions are not included in our prices. For reference, in 2025, the tourist tax is €0.61 / night / adult. The household waste contribution is €0.50 / night / person.

Booking fees for rentals and bare pitches are €15.

Additional fees — extra person, extra vehicle, pets — are not included in the basic package and will be added to it. Tourist taxes and waste contributions are not included in our prices.

Accepted payment methods: cash, cheque, credit card (Visa, MasterCard), holiday vouchers, bank transfer. Cheque payments are not accepted within 30 days prior to arrival.

Last-minute booking: any booking made less than 30 days before the arrival date must be paid in full and by credit card only.

 
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
For bookings made more than 30 days before the start of the stay, a 30% deposit of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the stay.

For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking (30% deposit + remaining balance).

In case of non-payment of the deposit or balance by the required deadline, the campsite reserves the right to cancel the booking and re-offer the accommodation for rent.

 
NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, Le Domaine de Mesqueau informs clients that the sale of accommodation services provided on a specific date, or within a determined period, is not subject to the 14-day withdrawal period.

 
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES
Clients may request changes to their booking — dates, type of accommodation, options — by written request (mail or email), subject to availability and possibilities of the campsite.

No postponement will be accepted to the following season. If no change is made, the client must carry out their stay under the initial booking conditions or cancel according to the cancellation insurance terms. No refund of price difference will be made.

Any request to extend the stay will be processed subject to availability and current rates.

Any request to shorten the stay is considered a partial cancellation and is subject to the cancellation and interruption conditions.

 
Unused services
If a stay is interrupted or shortened due to one of the following reasons: administrative closure of the campsite, border closure by administrative decision, movement restrictions imposed by administrative decision preventing arrival at the campsite, a credit voucher corresponding to unused nights, valid for two years, will be issued.

If the client refuses the voucher, they may request reimbursement of the corresponding amount, minus the cost of cancellation insurance if subscribed.

Outside these reasons, any interrupted or shortened stay (late arrival, early departure) will not give rise to any refund or voucher.

 
Cancellation by the campsite
If cancellation is initiated by the campsite, except in cases of force majeure, all amounts paid will be fully refunded. No damages may be claimed.

 
Cancellation by the camper
Any cancellation request must be sent by postal mail or email. Cancellation by phone will not be accepted. Any cancellation terminates the booking, and the campsite may re-offer the accommodation for rent.

Cancellation up to 31 days before arrival:
The 30% deposit + booking fees + cancellation insurance (if subscribed) are retained by the campsite.

Cancellation less than 31 days before arrival:
All sums paid are retained by the campsite. No refund will be issued.

If the client does not arrive within two days after the scheduled arrival date and has not informed the campsite in advance, the booking will be considered cancelled by the client. The accommodation may be re-rented.

Amounts paid in chèques vacances cannot be refunded.

In case of cancellation with subscribed cancellation insurance:
Refund conditions apply according to the insurer's terms. If the reason is not covered or if the claim is refused, the present General Terms and Conditions apply, and the cost of insurance will be deducted.

 
Cancellation Guarantee and Insurance
For your peace of mind, our campsite offers cancellation insurance that allows you to receive a refund of the amounts paid in case of cancellation: 70% without justification, but with a mandatory reason.
This reason must correspond to an unexpected event, meaning an unforeseeable event, independent of your will and occurring fortuitously (examples: sudden illness, vehicle breakdown on the way, unexpected family incident) or 100% with justification.

If this insurance is not subscribed, no refund will be issued by the campsite.

 
YOUR STAY
Arrival
Arrivals take place exclusively between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. No key handover or access to pitches will be possible outside reception opening hours. Late arrivals are not allowed.

On arrival, you will be welcomed from 3:00 p.m. For rental accommodations, a €300 security deposit by credit card or cash will be required. Cheque deposits are not accepted. A €50 deposit is required for campsite pitches.

Upon arrival, you must check the inventory of your rental and report any anomalies to reception no later than the next morning. No complaints will be accepted afterwards. The inventory will be checked again upon departure.

 
During the stay
Campers are responsible for insuring themselves and supervising their personal belongings (bikes, etc.). The campsite declines any responsibility in case of incidents involving the civil liability of the camper.

All clients must comply with the internal rules displayed at reception. In case of violation, the manager may terminate the contract.

Children must always be supervised by their parents.

Children are not allowed in the pools without an accompanying adult.

Visitors must report to reception and pay an entrance fee of €2 per person. Visits are allowed between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.; visitors do NOT have access to the pools.

The tenant is responsible for disturbances and nuisances caused by the persons accompanying or visiting them.

 
Departure
Rental accommodations must be vacated before 10:00 a.m.
Campsite pitches must be vacated before 12:00 p.m.

The accommodation must be left perfectly clean. Any broken or damaged item will be charged. Cleaning fees may be applied if necessary.

The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, minus any deductions for damage. If the damage exceeds the deposit, additional charges may apply.

If the rental has not been cleaned, a minimum €80 cleaning fee will be charged.

Late departures may be billed as an additional night at the applicable rate.

 
ANIMALS
Only dogs and cats are accepted, except dogs of category 1 and 2, subject to the following conditions:

A maximum of two animals per rental or pitch is allowed.
A fee must be paid at the time of booking.
Other animals (rodents, birds, etc.) are not allowed.
Animals must be kept on a leash at all times.
Access is forbidden near swimming pools, food shops, and inside buildings.
Vaccination records must be up to date.
Animals must not be left alone in the accommodations nor allowed on beds.
A cleaning/disinfection fee may be charged if necessary.

 
IMAGE RIGHTS
You authorize Le Domaine de Mesqueau, as well as any person acting on its behalf, to photograph, record or film you during your stay, and to use these images, sounds and videos on any media (including websites, Facebook, Instagram, promotional materials, travel or tourism guides).

This authorization applies to you and all persons staying with you. It is granted free of charge, for all countries, and for a period of 5 years.

 
DISPUTES
Any complaint regarding non-compliance of services with contractual commitments may be sent by mail or email to the manager of Le Domaine de Mesqueau.

In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, any client has the right to appeal free of charge to a consumer mediator to seek amicable resolution of a dispute.
