Camping Le Bois de Cornage Vizille is on the RN85, Route Napoleon, towards Gap, Sisteron. It is located 15 km south of Grenoble, at the crossroads of the mountain ranges of the Southern Alps, the Vercors plateau, Massif de la Chartreuse, the Matheysin tray and the Massif de l'Oisans.

DEFINITIONS
ORDER or BOOKING or RENTAL: Purchase of Services.
SERVICES: Seasonal rental of accommodation or bare pitch for 'tourism'.
ACCOMMODATION: Tent, caravan, mobile leisure home, or light leisure dwelling.
ARTICLE 1 - SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to any rental of accommodation or bare pitch at Camping Le Bois de Cornage, operated by Mr. Vincent and Mrs. Véronique LAIGNEL ('the Service Provider'), to non-professional clients ('the Clients' or 'the Client'), via the website www.campingvizille.com, by phone, post, email, or in person.
They do not apply to long-term rentals intended for mobile leisure homes, which are subject to a specific contract.
The main features of the Services are presented on the website or in written form. Clients must review them before placing an order.
By placing an order, the Client fully accepts these terms, which take precedence over any other version or document.
ARTICLE 2 – BOOKING CONDITIONS
Bookings are made only via the online booking system on www.campingvizille.com. The Client specifies the stay dates and number of persons, selects the accommodation/pitch, provides required information, and pays a deposit.
The booking is final only upon confirmation by the Service Provider. All bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
ARTICLE 3 – PRICES
Services are provided at the prices in effect on the website at the time of booking. Prices include taxes unless otherwise stated. Tourist tax is charged separately.
Accommodation rates include mandatory daily electricity provision. Pitches require a European adapter.
ARTICLE 4 – PAYMENT TERMS
A 50% deposit is required upon booking. The balance must be paid on arrival.
Late payments may incur a €150 penalty. The Service Provider may suspend services in case of non-payment.
ARTICLE 5 – PROVISION OF SERVICES
Arrival and departure times are fixed depending on whether the Client books a pitch (arrival from 2 pm, departure before 12 pm) or accommodation (arrival from 4 pm, departure before 10 am). Any delays may incur additional charges.
A €200 security deposit is required for accommodation rentals.
ARTICLE 6 – DELAY, INTERRUPTION OR CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT
No refunds are granted for late arrival, early departure, or changes, unless covered by cancellation insurance.
Special provisions apply in the event of pandemics (COVID-19), where credits may be issued instead of refunds.
ARTICLE 7 – CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
Clients must hold liability insurance. Pets are allowed under the owner's responsibility and must be leashed.
The internal regulations, available at reception, must be respected.
ARTICLE 8 – SERVICE PROVIDER OBLIGATIONS – WARRANTY
The Service Provider guarantees conformity of Services. Clients must notify defects within 7 days. Refunds or corrections will be made within 30 days.
ARTICLE 9 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Services provided for specific dates are not subject to the right of withdrawal under consumer law.
ARTICLE 10 – PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Personal data is processed for service execution, legal obligations, and marketing purposes, in compliance with GDPR. Clients may access, rectify, or delete their data and file complaints with the CNIL.
ARTICLE 11 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Website content and all materials provided remain the property of the Service Provider. Reproduction or exploitation without consent is prohibited.
ARTICLE 12 – APPLICABLE LAW – LANGUAGE
These Terms are governed by French law. Only the French version prevails in case of dispute.
ARTICLE 13 – DISPUTES
Unresolved disputes will be referred to the competent French courts. Clients may also contact the Consumer Mediator.
ARTICLE 14 – PRE-CONTRACTUAL INFORMATION – CLIENT ACCEPTANCE
The Client acknowledges having received all pre-contractual information required by law and fully accepts these Terms when placing an order on www.campingvizille.com.
